Everything was great. Exactly as described. Unbeatable view. Only critique I might offer is that a second TV is 100% needed in living area. I know people don't come to beach for TV, however, most things close early and I don't go to bed at 8pm. Having a TV in living room would be nice instead of only in the bedroom. I would definitely stay here again if I were to come back. I probably wont return, but that is not a reflection of this condo, but St Thomas as a whole and a different discussion. Bed was comfortable. Has everything you need as far as towels and dishes. Place was clean and not run down. AC works excellent. Fridge is new and cold. They already had ice ready for me in freezer. They have a cooler you can take to the beach. The house did have flippers, but no snorkel mask or breathing tube, but you can rent those on beach for 15 a day. Lots of small fish in the water and saw a stingray. Overall, this place is good for older folks or people with kids. My age bracket needs a bit more nightlife. As far as resort, Sapphire beach is probably best option on the island as I visited every beach on the island. Make sure you visit St. John. Cannot beat the beaches over there. The pizza restaurant and coffee shop are good. The beach bar is a bit pricey and they are not generous with the booze. They do have live music on Sundays. The closing early is a bummer. 8pm is basically lights out for everything.

Very clean, convenient and peaceful. Going in “off season” was amazing for us. No big crowds, water was perfect and the condo was great for the 2 of us. Easy and smooth the entire time and Bernard was sure to keep us informed when there was an island wide power outage but even this didn’t put a damper on our stay. We would definitely do this again!

Amazing view!

We absolutely loved our stay at Beachtacular! The view cannot be beat! It was simply remarkable. We found the condo to have everything we needed. Bernard was very quick respond to any questions. We did not want to leave and will absolutely stay here again!

A Grand Slam

The property was perfect for our family of 3! We were so comfortable and enjoyed having the two bathrooms and sleeping on different levels! The property was clean and the two decks had the most memorable views! Bernard was very responsive and helpful during our stay. We asked about a few things and he helped us very quickly! He even left extra supplies that i inquired about ahead of time! We were so happy that we rebooked immediately for next year! I would highly recommend this property our experience was excellent!

Unforgettable Views and a Perfect Island Stay!

We had an incredible stay at Sapphire Beach in the U.S. Virgin Islands! The condo was perfect for our group of four; spacious, comfortable, and with absolutely stunning views that we’ll never forget. Waking up to the sight of turquoise waters just steps away was pure paradise.We also loved having access to a great onsite bar and restaurant, which made grabbing a bite or a cocktail super convenient. The pool was a wonderful bonus; clean, relaxing, and never too crowded.Overall, this was the perfect spot for a relaxing and memorable vacation. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect beachside condo

Everything you could ask for in a beach front condo. The views and location very world class. The was well maintained. The only issue - and it was a very minor one is that the upstairs air unit was loud and sounded like it might be broken, but worked just fine. The resort and beach was spot on with everything you need in a beach getaway.

Relaxing Stay & Amazing Views!

We loved our stay at the Beachtacular corner unit! Sapphire Beach is stunning and the views from the balconies were the absolute best part! The building itself is older but this condo has several upgrades and all the basics! Everything is light and bright and clean. Strong WiFi and A/C and comfortable beds. We slept so well and building D is very quiet. It suited our family perfectly. The Murphy bed was a bonus instead of a pullout couch for our teen girls. My husband and I loved the upstairs space and this layout was great for a family of 4. So nice having a beautiful beach just around the corner and the restaurant, bar, coffee shop were just a short walk farther. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back! This was the perfect home base for us to explore St Thomas, ferry over to St John, and catch our BVI sailing trip. Bernard was very quick on communication and check in/check out simple.

This property was amazing! Spectacular views (as advertised), clean, very quiet and with easy access to Sapphire Beach (which was beautiful and well maintained). The location was perfect if you wanted to catch one of the many ferries hitting the surrounding islands as Red Hook was a short taxi ride away ($6-7 dollars a person). There were a couple of options for food on the property and we loved the little pizza joint next to the beach bar. Overall the place had a very laid-back, relaxing atmosphere and would highly recommend!

Best Views of all the Islands!

This 2 story corner unit was even better than the photos or description. The 1st floor has a full kitchen equipped with everything you need, (only thing missing was a dishwasher) but was a minor thing to wash a few dishes . Living area is nice but the deck area is really what makes this unit stand out. You can see all the islands and it wraps around to the marina view. There is a big table , where we enjoyed lunch and breakfast a few days. On the 2nd floor was a huge bedroom another full bathroom and the view from this balcony is even better than the 1st floor. The place was spotless . So clean. You literally walk a building over and your right by the pool and the beach. Communication with the owner was also excellent and any questions we had , he answered his phone immediately. If we are ever in St. Thomas again we will definitely stay here.

We loved our stay here. The condo was very nice, clean, and had the most amazing views. There were restaurants, a coffee shop, bar, and boutique just a short walk down the beach (or sidewalk if you didn’t want to get sandy). Everyone in the area was super nice, helpful, and knowledgeable about the island. Taxi service was available to take you anywhere on the island. Sapphire beach was beautiful. The Red Hook area was nice to walk around too. And the ferry was easy to take to spend a day in St. John. (Take a taxi to Red Hook or the ferry though; the roads are rough for walking). We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
