Everything was amazing! So much right next to the condo to do with a little coffee shop that I appreciated, grabbed a coffee in the morning and sat outside with the amazing views. Hosts were performs super responsive. I would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing as always!

Darryl and Debbie go above and beyond. This was our second time staying with them and it was just as amazing as the first. From picking us up at the airport to the chilled champagne in the fridge..it was a magical week! My husband and I got to spend some downtime alone and relax on the beach, which is right off the patio! Already planning our next stay!! If you’re thinking about it, just book it!

Sapphire Beach Paradise

3 Best friends had the time of their life! Condo is always fully equipped with everything you need or want for indoor dining, games, puzzles and lots of books! Outside, you just step off your patio to Sapphire Beach and the ocean is your view! This is the perfect location, bar and grill next door, I stay here every year! Best owners to work with ❤️🙏❤️🙏❤️🙏

We enjoyed celebrating our anniversary at Daryl and Deb’s condo in paradise. Everything about the condo, location, and beach was first class. Daryl and Deb’s hospitality goes above and beyond in every way. It was the best vacation we’ve ever experienced, and we can’t wait to return.

A little piece of paradise

This is the BEST place to stay...so cozy & comfortable...close to the beach & a very short walk to the pool. We were greeted with a gift basket full of goodies & the sweetest note...there were tons of towels & wash clothes & beach towels...really, all you need to bring are your clothes & yourself! We can't wait to come back!!

A Great Escape

We loved our escape from the cold, wet, sometimes snowy New England spring to this great spot on the beach. Our weather was mostly sunny and the few clouds and one rainy day were almost welcome breaks from the sun and provided us with time to read, write, and draw. The beach was gorgeous, with plenty of fish species for snorkeling. We enjoyed a couple of trips to Red Hook and a fabulous day in St. John for more snorkeling. Deb and Darryl are such accommodating hosts, providing us taxi service to and from the airport as well as a brief tour of the island. They were always prompt in replying to our questions and were a great resource during our stay.

Pure magic!

My husband and booked a stay here for our honeymoon, and we were already planning our next trip back before we left this one! Darryl and Deb are two of the most fantastic people that you’ll ever meet - they make this process so easy, and we’re always available to answer questions and offer suggestions. It was comforting to have them on the island with this being our first time to St. Thomas. Thank you so much, Darryl & Deb!! The property is absolutely stunning, and we never left because we had everything at our finger tips… the coffee shop was delicious, and the beach bar has amazing burgers. We also loved the pizza place! We are working on scheduling our second trip here so we can spend more time in paradise!!

Wonderful time with family for island wedding

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at H2Oh What a Beach. Beautiful condo with just about anything we needed. Deb and Daryl reached out several times to see if we needed anything. We were there with about 80 other friends and family spread across all of Sapphire beach for nieces wedding. Hope to make it back again!

We were so happy with the condo. Darryl and Deb were fantastic. The airport pickup and drop off was an added bonus. Location was perfect for us too!! So close to Red Hook and ferry to St. John's. We would definitely stay again.

Nothing short of magical!

My husband and I have stayed twice in St. Thomas now. The first time we were up in the back condos and this time we wanted beach front. This condo did not disappoint! From the moment you walk in and see the views to the basket of snacks and chilled wine waiting for you! Debbie and Darryl were amazing hosts..we had no issues whatsoever. They have everything needed for an amazing time. Being steps from the ocean was a dream and the condo felt like a home away from home. Darryl even took us to the airport and stopped off at Drake’s Seat so we could see the amazing views at Magan’s Bay! We WILL be back!!! Thank you Debbie and Darryl!

Wow! What a great choice for vacation!

We recently had the most amazing stay at H20 at a beach! The hosts, Darryl and Deb were absolutely phenomenal from the moment I booked until we were dropped off at the airport to return home. They truly made us feel like we had known them for years. Darryl picked us up at the airport, saving us from having to get a taxi and took us by the grocery store. It was nice getting to meet him. We were so glad we were also able to meet Deb before we left. They are amazing hosts! From the moment we stepped into the condo, we were greeted by amazing view of the beach and beautiful water. It is in a great location, close to Red hook and nearby bar, restaurant and marina. The condo itself was impeccably furnished with all that we needed. We were even surprised with a gift basket of snacks for the week! What a nice extra! There was a really nice patio with lounge chairs and a grill. We were greeted every morning by sweet “Baby” the cat and a couple more cats…not to mention the rooster! Everything was exactly as described in their listing review. We absolutely loved our stay so much that we booked again before we left for next year! One word of advice, don’t overpack as you have everything you need but your bathing suit and flip flops! 😊

Deb & Darryl were the best hosts. Darryl picked us up at airport & showed us some points of interest on the way to the Condo. They checked frequently to make sure everything was fine. Lovely, comfortable Condo! Just sad that it’s not available next January or February! Had a fabulous vacation!

Another Great Trip

We usually book a vrbo everwhere we go on vacation and we have been going to St. Thomas for many years. This was the absolute best experience we have ever had down to the smallest detail. The hosts far exceeded our expectations and made our stay one of the most memorable we have had in a long time.

Great place for Family Vacay

Waking up to the view of the ocean was fantastic. The bed was very comfortable and I slept so good. The kids did fine on the pullout couch. Deb and Darryl were excellent hosts and everything was clean and available during our stay, like towels, kitchen stuff, etc. They also provided a nice welcome basket we were thankful for 😃We stayed 10 days total. The condo was close to the bar and restaurants and beautiful Sapphire Beach. It was nice to walk right out and be right at a beautiful spot on the beach. Thank you Deb and Darryl!

Amazing Time On Sapphire

We spent three days on Sapphire Beach before heading to St. John. The condo on Sapphire Beach not only meet our expectations but exceeded them. The service that the owners provide was truly amazing, from picking us up at the airport, providing just about everything you could need for a beach vacation at the condo, to taking us to the Red Hook ferry at the end of our stay. The condo is well situated on Sapphire Beach, just steps from the swimable part of the beach, the coffee shop, and the other restaurants. Even though this trip was centered around our time on St. John it was truly difficult to leave this amazing condo and Sapphire Beach, as it was everything we love in a beach vacation. Will we be back, with out question!

Paradise

This property was flawless. It had everything we needed and then some. The view is spectacular of course. Loads of extras to make your stay perfect. Our hosts Deb and Darryl were fantastic. They made our stay perfect from beginning to end. We rented a car for part of the time and explored the island but it was great to come back to the condo. The beach bar was so handy. Lots of nice restaurants in Red Hook and one on the grounds also. Taxis are easy to get. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a perfect, carefree holiday with the best hosts ever.

Amazing view with a Amazing hosts

I think we had the best view on the beach. The hosts went over and above to make sure our stay was wonderful, even offering us a ride from the airport and a trip to the grocery store. They even checked on us several times during their stay to make sure we didn’t need anything. Even though we only met them briefly, I felt like we were staying with friends. I can’t wait to go back.

Wow. What an amazing experience.

I stayed here for my honeymoon with my wife. We had the greatest time. Darryl is such an excellent host he even took us from the airport to the condo! The place is super clean and well furnished. The snacks and refreshments prepared for us were not only really helpful since we didn’t bring anything but it was also extremely thoughtful. I would rate Darryl and Debbie as 5 star hosts with a 5 star vacation home! We will definitely be back!!!

We were steps from the beautiful beach! The bed is comfortable with nice pillows and soft sheets. Snorkel equipment and lots of beach towels were provided, as well as a Keurig and any amenity we needed. Deb and Darryl are ultimate hosts.
