EVERYTHING WAS OUTSTANDINGGGGG!! Amazing location so cool to beach/pool/bar/restaurant. Also so close to red hook port. All communication was prompt, clear and generous. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay :)

Great Vacay!

Very nice property. Good location, fit 8 of us comfortably. We enjoyed the quiet , less busy beach . Lots of steps to beach but manageable. Nice views. Amy our host was great and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again.

Clean and well stocked

Our party appreciated the cleanliness of the space and well stocked kitchen for cooking. Safe area with beautiful views. Liked that we had access to pool as well as beach We enjoyed walking the quieter streets nearby Clear instructions for arrival and departure and prompt response from the owner

Well appointed and great service

The property was in excellent condition and well appointed for our family. The bedrooms were Barry spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed for our meal preparation. Our host was very responsive when looking for recommendations.

Wonderful Location And Property

Everything went really smooth, check in instructions were very clear and done online before our arrival. The location is ideal, walking access down a few steps to a wonderful beach and a great pool for the family. Parking arrangement was clear and next to the unit. The condominium was a class AAA+ property with two levels and plenty of space for the two families and balconies at both levelsful view with beautiful view of the beach below and the ocean.

A Week in Paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was easy to find, located in a great spot, and beautifully furnished and equipped with fantastic views of Cowpet Bay! Check in was a breeze and the condo was clean and ready to go! Three bedrooms were perfect for our group - my wife and I had the upstairs en suite with a balcony while our daughter and her husband took the main bedroom on the first floor and our grandaughter had the other bedroom (with bunk beds) on the first floor. Two bathrooms between them was perfect! The living are was spacious and well equipped. TV and internet worked great and it was great to have a washer and dryer! Trash was picked up every morning! The beach, pool/hot tub and two restaurants were a short walk down a walkway/stairs and the beach had plenty of chairs. Beach towels were available at the condo, too. We were a short drive from Red Hook, which has shopping and restaurants. On two inclement weather mornings we visited the Coral World Ocean Park and the Virgin Islands Childrens Museum. Both were great! Our favorite restaurant during our stay was the Lanai on Limetree Beach. Our host, Kelly, was great! Very responsive to our questions and concerns! Checkout was a breeze, too! We hated to leave and hope to come back again!

Great Condo at Cowpet Bay

We spent the Christmas holiday in this great 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath Condo. Very clean, well stocked and comfortable in a great location on Cowpet Bay. Cooked many meals on site on stove and used gas grill. Walked/ran every morning in local neighborhood. Beach chairs, pool and hot tub on site. Local pool bar and 2 restaurant/bars right at beach. Close to Red Hook and also close to Secret Bay with Sunset Grille. We would stay here again in future.

Absolutely perfect space and location

We loved Kelly's place! The layout with 3 brs and 3 ba was perfect for our family of five (parents and our three adult kids). The condo was very clean and well appointed. We cooked several times, and found everything we needed in the kitchen. We had a couple of questions and minor issues and Kelly responded immediately, and took care of everything. We loved the beach and pool. Pool bar and Sangria's had great drinks and excellent food! We had lunch and breakfast there a couple of times. Everyone was so great. One night, our daughter's bathing suit fell onto the balcony below. Maintenance guys were super nice and put a ladder up to scoop it off the balcony the next morning. The grounds are lovely and very well maintained. Watch for the orchids and turtles as you walk down to the beach! We all loved this condo and will definitely be back. Kelly is a wonderful and attentive host, and we really appreciate all her thoughtful recommendations that made our stay truly stellar. We will be back!

Amazing views for family trip

This was a great property with all updated amenities! Very stylish and ac worked great in bedrooms. Patio overlooked Cowpet Bay and the views were amazing. The access to pool and beach was quite a steep walk up and down many stairs but worth it. The bunk bed room is perfect for children and the other 2 great for adults. Kitchen stocked perfectly and the extra touch with providing the soaps for the laundry and dishwasher was above and beyond. Would definitely recommend to friends as it was also in driving distance to Redhook Marina. Thanks for a great time Kelly!

Spring Break Get-A-Way at St. Thomas

We have nothing but glowing remarks for Kelly and her property at Cowpet Bay . The unit is just as described and perfect for any size family with three full bathrooms. The house is well equipped and is clean and move in ready for whatever your vacation plans may be. Cowpet Bay is a beautiful enclave of multifamily home buildings and is primarily year round residents and in a very very safe and quiet location. The location is excellent for access to anything on the island. From the beginning of the process Kelly was an absolute pleasure to deal with and made numerous recommendations of where to go, eat, and play through about five lengthy emails(Thank You Kelly!) We took her up on just about everything and she did not disappoint! Overall - I would highly recommend and look forward to our next stay at her house. Thank You and Seeya Soon!

Wonderful experience!

This was our first VRBO experience. We had a little bit of a rough start but Kelly and Brad were amazing and responded immediately and were super accommodating and made us feel really good about the whole experience. Kailyn the property manager came and introduced herself to us and she was super sweet! Kelly was super helpful and responsive the entire process and we would absolutely come back! The condo was very nice and well stocked. Was very convenient to everything the 2 restaurants located on the beach were really good. This was the perfect location for us with amazing hosts/owners. We will be back again if and when we come back to St. Thomas!

ST Thomas Stay - Red Hook

I took my niece and nephew on an adventure of a lifetime. She is 19 and he is 26. The condo was perfect for us! Location and space. Very clean and super comfortable. The condo has a great balcony that overlooks Cowpet Bay. It is a short walk to the beach and pool. There are stairs down and up to this beach so some may have a difficult time. I only say this based on another review I read. A healthy person would have no trouble. There is a great little outdoor beach bar with some awesome fish tacos! The condo was located near the ferry. We had a great day exploring St. John. I would highly recommend this condo. The owner was fantastic and very helpful!

Great for Family

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again! Our party included 2 seniors, 3 adults, and a young toddler and the space worked perfectly for our needs. The kitchen was well stocked for basic cooking, and our toddler really enjoyed all of the beach toys available. The really nice beach is a short walk down several flights of stairs. A variety of restaurants, two grocery stores, and the ferry to St. John are less than a 10-minute drive away. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Quiet Area

Beautiful property. “Steps to the beach” was very misleading. We had a person in our group w/ a heart condition and was unable to walk the many stairs to the beach. Very disappointing in that regard. Otherwise it was perfect. Perhaps be more forthright in the description on beach access. Snorkeling was amazing and people were friendly. Loved the island ❣️

Best Vacation Imaginable

Kelly's condo is gorgeous, spacious, and comfortable. The kitchen is fully outfitted. Every bedroom has AC that works well. There was plenty of room for me, my friend, and our four young children. It's walkable to two restaurants (one fancy and delicious, one low key and totally fine.) Also walkable to a modest beach and an OUTSTANDING pool, where our kids learned to swim last week. We didn't rent a car, but just used taxis that we got at the Ritz-Carlton next door--very easy to pull off. The condo is near enough to lots of wonderful beaches and sites in St Thomas, and also close to the Red Hook ferry over to St John. This was the second time we stayed there, and we will surely be back!
