From the moment we checked in, we felt right at home. Property was amazing. The kitchen was amazing, every bedroom was amazing and the pool deck with infinity pool was amazing.The views are 2nd to none. Highly recommended. In all honesty I would give them 10 stars if I could.The house was absolutely stunning!Our hosts, Lauren and Mason made sure we had everything we needed, and then some. Top notch service all the way.

Great stay with great property management

The house was fantastic and the property management team was excellent! We ranged from 3 years old to 60 and had a wonderful time. I think a walk to the beach is pretty adventurous for younger/older family members but the drive to both is so easy. We can’t wait to return!

Paradise

This property has an amazing view and amenities. The house was well stocked and accommodated a visiting chef. It's off the beaten path and beautifully secluded with near private beaches (since anyone not in the gated community has to hike in). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Piece of paradise

The house is situated near mermaids chair, unique place where the Atlantic and Caribbean ocean meets in high tide. We also enjoyed the private beach in the reserves which has waves good enough for body surfing. The house was spacious and well stocked with amenities. The hostess was very helpful with both check in and any questions we had during the stay.

Amazing home!

This was our first time to stay on the island and we loved this house immensely. The privacy, security, and nearly private beach were amazing. We didn’t mine driving from the west side at all. We would definitely satay here again.

Fabulous Place

The home was gorgeous and in a great location for a quiet, enjoyable vacation. The beaches located so close to the house are outstanding and seem like they are private beaches. It is a little ways into town and to the other side of the island but that is also what makes this property so unique, it is quiet and you have everything you need to have an enjoyable time right there. The pool and outside grilling areas are outstanding as well. Each bedroom having it's own bathroom is great when traveling with 4 couples. We truly enjoyed are stay and certainly hope to come back.

A Week in Paradise

This property exceeded all of our expectations. The quality of the property cannot be overstated, as the amenities and décor are all exceptional. While on the property we were surrounded by a completely natural, relaxing setting with very few other properties even visible; the view never got old. Beyond the house and grounds, our every need was met by Lauren and Vicki with Rock Concierge. We are now planning our next visit here!

Perfect Getaway

Amazing property! Must see to believe the beauty of the Preserve at Botany Bay. Secluded, safe, quiet, and luxurious. Everything you want in a tropical get away. Rock Concierge- Lauren Thomas and her team were excellent, professional and on point with everything they assisted me with. Villa - Outdoor space is incredible with stunning views. Kitchen space tremendous and all bedrooms comfortable and different touches to them making them all unique. Mermaid Chair perfect for sunsets Sandy Bay - Best beach I have ever been on, soft sands, great waves, warm ocean water, and private (most times only ones on the entire beach). Only negative I can think of is to get to anything on St Thomas it is 15+ minute drive (example: red hook 45 mins, Charlotte Amalie downtown 20-25 mins), however, the seclusion and beauty of the preserve makes is more than worth it. A perfect vacation!

Amazing Home on Quiet Side of St Thomas

I’m not even sure if I can do justice to this beautiful property. Our family of 5 just returned from spending 8 days in this lovely home. Everything was so easy from booking it and speaking with the owner to suggestions and information from the concierge team. They even met us at the airport to show us to the house and give a quick tour. The house itself is impeccably maintained and has everything you need to have fun and feel comfortable. The landscaping at this home has to be seen in person to really appreciate it. It has beautiful palm trees lining the drive in as well as flowering bushes and fruit trees. We cooked several of the evenings in the beautiful kitchen and also made use of the outdoor grill. Most of our time was spent outside by the pool and outdoor living spaces. The infinity pool was much larger than most rental properties we’ve stayed at and had the most amazing view over the lush greenery out to the ocean. The pool was sparkling clean with plenty of high quality rafts and there was a good mix of sunny and shady areas. We also spent a lot of time at the 2 beaches near the home. You could walk to both Mermaids Chair and Sandy Bay Beach. We would do this in the morning to get a little exercise as you have to walk uphill to get back to the house but it is so beautiful and worth the walk. We would usually drive down to the beach later with our beach chairs, bags and cooler and could park just steps away from the sand. Our favorite beach was Sandy Bay. Most of the days we were the only 5 people on the beach. It has white sand turquoise water and some fun but not scary waves. We even drove over to Magens Bay Beach one morning and left early to get back to to Sandy Bay. There are some really good restaurants on the island. It’s about a 20-30 minute drive to get to town and most of the restaurants and shops. The people in St Thomas we’re so warm and welcoming that we really enjoyed getting out and about. We would definitely stay at this home again on our next trip to the USVI’s. If you are lucky enough to be able to book this property you won’t regret it.

This house and property are absolute gems. The view over the infinity pool is just incredible. House is immaculate and extremely well equipped. Landscaping makes this property perhaps the most beautiful spot in St Thomas. Thanks for sharing your home.

Excellent vacation!

What an awesome vacation! We spent a week there, 2 families of 4. 8 total. The house itself is simply amazing. The views are incredible! I can’t stress that enough.. what amazing views. The management team helped us every step of the way including car rentals, transportation from airport, as well as extra stuff like activities and massages, they truly made it super easy for us and we’re available to answer questions any time. (Thank you Lauren!) The house was perfect.. it’s big, every room is comfortable, plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped, the pool was perfect, even things like towels, beach chairs, etc were already there. There are two stunning beaches right near the house which we spent plenty of time at and rarely saw another person. It was like we had our very own personal paradise. The location is certainly a bit remote, compared to the east side of the island where it’s much busier and populated, but that was part of the beauty of being away from it all, still close enough to get to all the things the island has to offer, but far enough away to be secluded and peaceful. All said and done, everyone had an excellent time, and we will most certainly visit again. This property is just incredible. A huge thank you to our hosts, and the management team again, we had a great vacation!

USVI June 2021

We stayed at Lavenvelle last week during our visit to the USVI. The property is beautiful and secluded. Omyda and the manager were in contact with us prior to the visit and provided all the necessary information and tips. Our stay was very comfortable. We had four kids in our party and they had a great time enjoying the pool. Sandy bay beach is a short drive or a 20 min walk from the property and is almost like having a private beach !! We had a private chef prepare a wonderful meal for a birthday dinner for a member of the party and the food and the setting were wonderful. All in all, a wonderful stay at a property that is highly recommended. Would definitely stay at this property again !!

Privacy

If privacy for your family is what you are looking for then this is your place. The house is spacious and spread out. The pool is great for relaxing. The view is second to none. The beaches that are within a 2 minute drive of the house are wonderful and very family friendly. We will be back.

Beautiful Property!

This is one of the most beautiful properties my family has ever experienced. The house is gorgeous. The view is outstanding. The landscaping is meticulous. The home has every amenity you could want. I appreciate the detailed communication from the owner and property managers. We had everything we needed and more. I would recommend this property to anyone. We will definitely return to this vacation rental.

Beautiful Tranquility

More than we expected! Total of 6 of us, (parents, 2 teens and couple). The home was clean, beautiful and spacious giving all of us our privacy as needed. Large kitchen, lots of seating areas inside & out. Beautiful bathrooms, comfortable beds etc. Quiet and secluded with views of the ocean. We ate in every night on the outdoor dining table. The stars are amazing at night from the back patio and even more amazing if you make a short trip to Mermaids Chair. Sandy Beach was also a .5 mile walk with calm waves and most days we were the only people there. Lauren, property manager, was so accommodating & helpful. She booked a dive trip for us that was perfect. FYI...travel with your own coral safe sunscreen. We went to three stores and all were out of sunscreen so we asked Lauren for suggestions and the next thing we knew she had gone out bought us sunscreen and had it delivered.

Botany Bay Villa USVI

Beautiful 5 bedroom Villa with infinity pool and hot tub with a gorgeous view. Modern kitchen and appliances for cooking in and enjoying the Villa. 30 minutes at least from restaurants and tourist beaches. Spa like showers although water conservation was strongly encouraged many times. Loved exploring Mermaids Chair and Sandy Bay that are on property but not just a 10 minute walk. Sleeps 10 easily although it is listed for 8. Weak WiFi and not enough for business zoom or Teams meetings. Very private location although frequent visits by cleaning staff, manager, pool maintenance. I would enjoy the privilege of staying here again.

Private Paradise

We loved our stay - five star experience on every level. Was my wife and myself with 3 of our teenage children. Beautiful Villa in a totally private setting. Was mostly just us on the beach. Perfect communication with the property manager made everything easy. Pre shopping was 100 percent accurate and text during the stay were answered promptly - this made it super convenient to set up activities and have food delivered by a private chef a few times. Would stay here again without hesitation!

A hidden gem

I am hesitant in writing a glowing review only because I don’t want everyone to rush to book before we get another week scheduled at this wonderful, wonderful place! First the communication with the property managers, Lauren and Shawn, was easy and they were responsive to our every need from answering questions before we left, to leading us to the property upon arrival. During our stay they responded promptly if we had a need. The owner, Omyda, checked in with me several times and was gracious and delightful. The house is beautiful and well appointed down to every detail. The view...spectacular! All I can say is we didn’t want to leave, not even to go to a restaurant! This couldn’t have been a more perfect vacation and Lavenvelle will be a return destination for sure!

Perfect paradise

We came to St. Thomas with our friends. We looked at nearly every rental on St. Thomas and when we came across this property we were amazed! Staying there in person was even more amazing. The house, the grounds and the outdoor living spaces are truly top notch! There are two beaches that are a 2 min drive (or 10 min walk) from the house - for anyone that loves going to the beach, that is truly spectacular! No driving, finding parking, fighting crowds. One of them in particular, Sandy Bay Beach, is one of the nicest beaches on St. Thomas. It has perfect white sand, rolling waves that you can body surf, clear water, and a great view. We almost always had the entire beach to ourselves and were just a 2 min ride back to the house! The property was fully stocked with the essentials, such as towels, beach towels, beach chairs, pool floaties, dishes, cooking utensils, etc. We enjoyed cooking most of our meals in the gourmet kitchen and making Pina Coladas to enjoy on the pool deck! Lavenvalle is a beautifully landscaped, peaceful, private retreat, with an amazing view. This property is a MUST TRY!!
