Don’t hesitate to stay here it’s perfect!!

My family of 5 stayed at the condo for a little over a week and we can’t say enough good things about the condo and the owners/Propery manager. The condo had everything we could need. The owners provided suggestions on things to do and were always very fast to respond. I would not hesitate to stay here again!! When we arrived they had drinks in the fridge and air mattress already setup for our kids. The pull out sofa was also nice for our young daughter. The view was amazing and the location was close to everything. We hope to make it back next year.

Perfect vacation spot!

We spent a full week at Cathy's VRBO and thoroughly enjoyed our time in her condo. The condo was spacious and clean, she provided plenty of linens, shower essentials, and basics in the kitchen. Additionally, the amount of info that she provided both via email prior to our arrival and then in the condo as well was amazing! All of the recommendations were spot on, the restaurants were yummy and all the beaches that they mentioned were exactly as described and perfect for us. Thank you so much and we can't wait to come back!!

Absolutely breathtaking! Clean w/everything you need

Photos don’t do this place justice. It’s close enough to hear the waves on the beach and high enough to see islands in the distance. Everything we needed or wanted was here in the condo. It was very clean and well kept.

Beautiful Condo

This property is a spacious, clean, and relaxing home base for your vacation. The resort is beautiful and you are only minutes from amazing beaches and the ferry in Red Hook for a trip to St. John. Definitely will return!

First time in St. Thomas

We had a wonderful first time experience with VRBO and Point Pleasant. Xaverie, Cathy and Tom couldn’t have been more helpful with our experience. Amazing Time

This property was exactly has described online, pictures did not do it justice ( especially the view ). It was so nice to have all the staples needed for a week long vacation. We will definitely come back here to stay and I will recommend it to my friends as well. A special thank you to Xavier for offering Benadryl and Calamine lotion for my daughter who was extremely sunburned.

That view and that beach!!!!

We'll stay here again. We loved our time at this beautiful little condo located in Point Pleasant Resort. Cathy provided everything you need in this property to make your family's stay in St. Thomas unforgettable. Our favorite things to do were to sit out on the patio looking out over an incredible view. We loved doing that at night and stargazing. My family's absolute favorite thing to do was to hike down the stairs to Sugar Beach. It was so secluded and so beautiful. Cathy was very responsive to any questions and was really easy to work with. Book it, you'll love it!

Beautiful Accommodations

Wonderful property with amazing views! We enjoyed several meals on the balcony and found it very peaceful and quiet in spite of it being a large complex. We enjoyed the private beach with our children and largely had it all to ourselves. I would strongly recommend this property for a nice get away and would stay here again! The property owner was in close contact in the days leading up to our stay and the process was seamless.

Every little detail has been thought out & provided by the owner. Kitchen was extremely well stocked. Loved the view & expansive balcony & huge comfy bed. Close to our favorite beach. Very helpful/accomodating, condo is perfect

We had a wonderful stay in St. Thomas due to the very accommodating hosts. We loved that the condo came equipped with some coffee and island beers to start us off. We loved all of the details/directions and recommendations. It was very helpful to get around the island. We took many of the recommendations for dinners etc. and loved all of them. Cute Place with Awesome Service

Very clean! All things necessary for a great beach vacation are in this unit, including a guide to eating/ staying/ playing and all beach and cooking necessities! Rum and coke when we arrived was an awesome touch. Responses were prompt and helpful for all my questions! 10/10 I would recommend!

Expansive Views, Wonderful Amenities

After Walking into the condo we were welcomed w the Caribbean Sea and rum cocktails . The hype of the views proved to be correct . Being perched on top of the hill gives this property breathtaking views of the mesmerizing sea and sun rises. This property also has two restaurants, a quick walk to Margaritaville and a short drive to St John’s ferry in Red Hook. I would not hesitate to book as it holds its own w the Island experience and is a great spring board to explore more. Thank you Cathy and Tom for the prior PDFs informing us about the lay of the land .

Amazing views! Attentive Hosts!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Pearl of Paradise. Cathy and Tom provided tons of recommendations which were super helpful for our first time in Saint Thomas. The beds were comfy, the place is super cute and had everything we needed and more! We can't wait to come back.

A great trip to St. Thomas

Our trip to St.Thomas was amazing. taking a group of 4 kids, the youngest being 19, is always a gamble. The Pearl of Paradise made it a winning bet. The unit was beautiful, clean and really well appointed. We liked it better than the unit my brother-in-law and his family stayed at, and it was a two bedroom unit. Evenings on the deck, swimming at the pool, eating at the restaurant, driving to the property were all great times. We can't stop talking about all the fun we had. The hurricane damage made us realize how fragile our environment is, and made us respect the strengths of the islanders, the birds, lizards, mongooses, and the plant life. Everything there is strong and beautiful. The downtown, the mountain top, the trip to St. John's were amazing. We want to return, and my daughter is seriously considering moving there when she graduates. To say we had a great time at the Pearl of Paradise, and the A.V.I. is an understatement.

Fantastic property and vacation

A view to die for., I could sit there all day and soak it in. But a lot to do and see. My wife and our 3 college age children had plenty of room. The condo was clean and provided snorkel gear. The one time I did need help the property manager took care of the problem in 30 seconds!! Great condo, great vacation!

Great Views and Location!

This is a very nice and clean condo that first and foremost has excellent views and location to red hook. After staying on St. John a few days we wanted to also stay a few days on St. Thomas - but be close enough to red hook w/out having the crowds and congestion. Point Pleasant served that purpose as a quiet location and this condo fit our needs with plenty of room and clean/renovated bathrooms. There is a restaurant/bar w/in resort and a private pool just steps away from this unit. Also easy proximity to Coki and Lindquist beaches. Easy to work with management/owner and a very nice touch to arrive with some goodies(and rum) in the frig! But those views...wow they really made the trip!

Best view on St. Thomas!

We had an amazing week at this Point Pleasant condo! The condo was very clean and everything we needed was there - very well appointed kitchen, snorkel gear, beach chairs, cooler, extra blankets. Some benefits to choosing this condo over others in the same resort 1. The view is panoramic (not cut off by foliage). 2. It is right next to parking, the office (in case you need supplies), and the laundry room. 3. The owners as well as property manager were very accessible and helpful both before and during your stay. 4. The bedroom is a separate room so it is nice for privacy if you have someone using the sofa bed and/or air mattress. Most of the others we looked at were more like studios. In this condo there was plenty of room for a family of 4 and our teens each slept in their own space. 5. It was very easy to walk to the middle pool which was by far the nicest of the 3 and a lot less windy than the lower pool this time of year. In general the resort is in a nice quiet spot. We did not hear any noise from the other condos while there and we visited during high season. There are a lot of stairs so people with mobility issues should not stay at this resort but for a family like ours it was perfect. I walked everyday up and down the hill to get some safe exercise (you DO NOT want to walk on the roads in St. Thomas!). We were able to walk to Coki Beach and to Margaritaville for the bar/restaurant (although the "path" requires that you put your feet in the water). The location is just a few minutes and on the same road from red hook and the ferry which made for easy driving. I will definitely return to this condo the next time I am in St. Thomas! Thanks for a wonderful stay :)
