Everything about our stay was perfect. Our accommodations were wonderful. Leah was very responsive when we contacted her about an issue. The resort was amazing. All people working there were fantastic We would definitely rebook again using this property. In fact we are already planning on booking again!

Beautiful!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ritz-Carlton vacation club. The service and staff were friendly and helpful. The unit was spacious and located right on the beach. My children enjoyed stepping out to play at the beach each morning. My spouse enjoyed sitting on one of the three patios each evening to take in the idyllic views. The resort offered daily housekeeping and turn down service. It was so lovely, I definitely could see our family staying here again.

Staff at the property was excellent but not "Ritz excellent". This was not a function of the actual property but the island in general. St. Thomas does not have as friendly and tourist centric vibe as most other Carribean islands. The people in general, across the board, the people are somewhat rude in the service industries. The property on the whole was excellent. The only negative were that the ceiling had a leak in the master bedroom and the beach is tiny and compared to other V.I. beaches is very subpar (lots of seaweed and only 5 -10 feet to the edge of the water) compared to beaches like Megans Bay or Turtle Bay. Otherwise, the value is excellent. This hotel is by far the nicest on an island without my luxe options.

Beautiful condo with amazing views!

This condo, located on the top floor, was beautifully decorated and had the best views on the property. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to make all your meals. The property was lush, tropical and very well manicured. Would recommend this condo to any type of group gathering. Thanks for your hospitality!

The Ritz club residences were simply marvelous with all amenities and convenience. My only disappointment was weeds in beach. I was told that the the, since beach at Ritz faces east they tend to get lots of weeds at the shore. Otherwise our family vacation was memorable and it was awesome!!

Lovely, impeccably clean and luxurious condo with gorgeous oceanfront balconies (3 total), access to all of the Ritz hotel amenities, and warm/gracious/attentive staff everywhere. Highly recommend!

Successful Keel boat week lesson

My husband and son took the week long keel board sailing lesson at the yacht club. My friends and I wanted to come and be nearby. We were very close to the Yacht club with all the amenities of the Ritz. Everything was lovely. 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths was very well set up. Wish we would have received the list of all the cookware (juice squeezer) and spices, etc. that the Ritz has available earlier in the week. Lesson learned - when at the Ritz- just ask! We were able to get a cooler and chairs to take to St. John from the front desk and they filled with ice for us, etc. Also, they do add a daily fee for “environmental/infrastructure impact fee”. Not a problem - just an FYI. Reservations during busier seasons off property are hard to come by - we suggest booking prior to arriving. Evidently this bay gets the worst seaweed piling up on the entire island. We are told this is 10 months out of the year. They spend the entire day clearing the beach with trucks rendering the beach near the residences nearly useless. You can walk over to the Ritz hotel side and use their beach. If you use that sides hotel - there is another charge. We have no regrets. We stayed in another VRBO in COWPET bay west for our last sailing class. Less expensive, but not nearly as nice + tons more dining options/things to do, etc. We felt the extra cost was a good value. Cleaning service every day - an unusual luxury for most VRBOs. Laundry in room - they supply soap, etc.

Excellent stay at the Ritz St. Thomas

Excellent stay at the Ritz Residence property! From our welcome drink to our departure everything was perfect. Our children have food allergies and Coconut Cove, Alloro & Sails were all able to accommodate us without question. The staff was friendly. The pools and the beach were clean. We will be back!

St Thomas is Sketchy

Ritz Carlton is gorgeous but you are in a bubble. Lots of crime in ST Thomas for a small island. Many locals are rude and have blatant hatred towards white. Regarding the booking we were disappointed we had to move to another room a day later. I would not recommend unless you stay in bubble.
