  • Camp in style with this 16ft Caravel Airstream 2020. Perfect for the adventurous couple on a romantic vacation or single person here for business or pleasure. Amazing views with incredible sunrises and sunsets.

    This is a 16ft Airstream - you can go online and do a search for 2020 Airstream Caravel 16RB so you can set your expectations up correctly. It is tricked out with usb ports, surround sound system that you can bluetooth your devise into, TV with netflix, roku and DVD player and AC.

    Kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave and 2 burner propane stove - great for small meals or heating up leftovers. Outdoor grill and fire pit available.

    Own parking spot on side of the road with a trail going to the Airstream. It's for the adventure couple that can get around easily.

    Three minute winding drive / 15 minute walk to Bolongo Beach - 20 minute walk back depending on how many rum drinks you have had. (:

    Centrally located to beaches, Red Hook, Havensight, and Downtown. All within a 15 minute drive.

WOW! We could not have asked for a more private and perfect vacation spot. The roomy camper had EVERYTHING we needed for 9 days of paradise overlooking with water. We spent a LOT of time on the roomy deck sipping coffee or cocktails and watching the sunsets/rises and Cruise Ships. The BBQ, stove and fridge worked well for at home meals. Wifi and space was perfect to stay in touch with work and reality. The hosts are lovely. Thank you for sharing your space! ***** 5 stars.

The airstream was a lot of fun to stay in. It is small but you adjusted and learned how to navigate it. A good way to try out "tiny living" that I watch on the TV shows all the time. Michelle was a very responsive host and made sure that we knew how everything worked as soon as we got there. She also gave us some good suggestions of local places to visit. The marine bathroom was an experience but exactly how she and others described it. Again - you learned how to adjust. There were many kitchen items and an outdoor grill to use. The porch had a nice view and felt private. A nice way to enjoy mornings and evenings. The air conditioning worked great for sleeping overnight. It was convenient to be able to use the water to drink and make ice. The drive up to the airstream was not for the faint of heart. We found the 4 wheel drive on our Jeep helpful (or made us feel more confident). We would stay with Michelle at the Airstream again!

Great Views

Placed up on a hill, central location for getting places. You will need a jeep to navigate your vacation when you come here.Had a great time.

Tropical Hideaway

We have traveled to St Thomas a couple of times per year for a long time. This was one of the most fun. The camper tucked up in the "jungle" was a cool setting.

We absolutely loved our stay here! I booked this for my wife and I for an adventurous, romantic, and private getaway for our anniversary! We stayed for 3 nights and slept better than we expected, the bed is comfortable! We had everything we needed! The cooler and beach towels were super helpful! The temperature regulated well for us inside the airstream. We didn’t cook, but the mini fridge & microwave came in handy. THE VIEW IS AMAZING!! Walking out onto the deck each morning was wonderful. We also loved the wildlife - we saw a turtle, hummingbird, chicken, and they had 2 cats on “security”, they were cute and friendly. We’d definitely stay here again & visit St. Thomas again too!!The hosts were kind & knowledgeable with recommendations! We forgot our laptop and didnt realize until we were at the airport (dont recommend haha) but they were kind enough to ship it out for us that same week. Great hosts, great stay, and island!

Great Spot

Very peaceful and comfortable

Stayed for 8 days. Slept like a baby! Centrally located so easy(once on main roads) to the beautiful beaches of St. Thomas. Michelle provided lots of valuable information regarding the airstream and the island. If you are a true traveler and not just a tourist, this is the place for you!

National Parks Completed!

The Airstream and Michelle’s hospitality were the perfect match for our week in the Virgin Islands! We visited our 63rd National Park- USVI on St John while we were there; that completed a 40-year journey to visit all Us National Parks. We traveled to many of the parks in our Class B camper, and these accommodations were similar- everything we needed was there!

Beautiful & Peaceful

This was a wonderful 4 night experience. Beautiful views and peaceful. Having a car is a plus. 4 wheel drive not required but nice to have. Communication with the host was wonderful and easy.

Great place

We had a great experience. As advertised, close to everything, very private, great vista, very clean and comfortable, never turned ac on due to the great breeze and fan, would definitely stay here again, highly recommend. The host Michelle thought of everything. Thank you, Lori and Willie

Beautiful scenery

The airstream is beautiful. It was a little difficult being pregnant and all but my husband enjoyed it! We loved eating our breakfast outside. We were a few minutes away from multiple beaches And restaurants. We were glad we stayed here. We recommend getting an suv or truck for this trip though.

Amazing adventure

Unbelievable experience with amazing views! Place looks even better than the listing! Michelle was right there to greet us on arrival and very helpful! It’s a challenge to get up some of the hills so definitely need All Wheel drive vehicle to get around whole island! Thankful we got to have this experience! Island is amazing!!

Have.sense of adventure? Stay Here! You'll be so glad you did.

This is an amazing spot! If you'd like to break away from the norm - this airstream has it all. It's perched on a peaceful hillside, with the ocean in the distance - above the lights and sounds of town, but still close enough for you to get in and out easy. It's comfortable for two, clean, incredibly well appointed, romantic, and will spark your sense of adventure. Michelle is an excellent host. I highly recommend.

Really is paradise

Michelle was amazing!! Welcomed me literal open arms! The airstream was perfect for me! The sunrise and the sunset are unbeatable. Location was perfect- short drives to all the local beaches! There was an adorable feline who greeted me at the door every morning. Will be back again!

The camper is very clean and looks new on the inside. The patio is great with the sunrise to the left and the sunset to the right. We met the owner when she stopped by to make sure everything was good-she was very nice. There were dvd’s, cards and a couple other games. It really is a stunning view from the patio. Keep in mind this is a small camper with a wet bath which we understood and worked fine. We didn’t spend much time inside with all there is to do on the islands. The road up to it is narrow, potholes and bumpy-similar to a steep forest service road in the states. We managed it fine in a Nissan Kicks. The steps up to the camper are only 20-30 feet but if you have mobility issues it may be a little challenging. We really enjoyed this place and would stay there again.

Glamping with a view

I spent 4 nights in this Airstream camper. It has all the comforts like a tv with Netflix and live channels, a gas grill, fridge, microwave, stove, shower, toilet coffee maker(with filters and coffee) utensils and everything you need to cook and eat. The deck was my favorite part, with two deck chairs and an awesome view of the ocean and islands in the distance. You definitely need a car, preferably SUV.

Tired of the paper-thin walls of a hotel in a honeymoon location? Looking for a tropical escape without getting obliterated by resort fees? Want to be able to sit on a porch without overhearing an arguing couple on their "let's save our marriage and take our four-kids-under-four on a extravagant vacation" trip? Look no further.I could rave about this VRBO for years. I WILL rave about this VRBO for years. Clean. Quiet. Accessible. Peaceful. Affordable. Jaw-dropping views. Centrally located. Most comfortable bed of my life (and I'm emotionally attached to my childhood bed). And the list goes on and on...For the timid traveler:Yes, there's a shower.Yes, there's Wi-Fi.Yes, it's safe. (Coming from two girls in their twenties)Owner was super communicative and simultaneously respectful of our space; only reason we had to reach out was to tell her how baller this camper is.Trust me, you won't regret this one. Book it, and book it again!

Book this right Now!!

If this listing caught your attention like it did ours, then just book it, right now. It was very cool, great location high on a breezy hilltop and very very private outside deck, yet close to other neighbors. Sweeping views and sunset cant be beat. Camper is charming and very clean. Open windows for pleasant air flow and use powerful a/c for extra cooling. Upon arrival Michelle greeted myself and wife and showed us how to work all the trailer amenities. Host is very pleasant fun, and multifaceted. She stayed a short while for a drink at sunset, sharing the most incredible personal stories of adventure --ask her and be amazed. Great location, neat accommodations. Try this as opposed to a boring old hotel room. Very close by beach at Bolongo bay (public access). We will scarcely remember staying in a boring traditional hotel, but this we'll fondly not forget. Thank you again Michelle. J&L Ellicott City MD

Amazing trip!!

This airstream trailer was truly the best way to experience st Thomas!! We had never “glamped” before, but this certainly was the best first experience we could have had!! The trailer was so cute, very clean and a great use of space! We cooked breakfast every morning on the stove and on the outdoor grill, and we were provided with everything we could possibly need! The host really made our trip wonderful and was so welcoming and helpful with showing us the ins and outs of the airstream!! She also was super responsive and accommodating to us! Shower had hot water, AC, bed was super comfortable, Roku equipped TV, absolutely STUNNING view from the windows and the deck (my personal favorite part), amazing stargazing at night … what more could you ask for?! We rented a car and I am so glad we did, a sedan was the only car within our budget and we were able to get to and from the airstream perfectly fine, only trouble we had with this vehicle was getting to one of the more secluded beaches, we ended up having to turn around, but be prepared for “island roads” as the host calls them!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would love to come back and rent this place again in the future!!
