The only criticism is that we had to eventually leave
If you read the other reviews, then this one is going to sound awfully familiar. Patricia was an incredibly gracious and helpful host, and was quick to respond to any inquiries we had. The property speaks for itself. The pictures are accurate, but the reality is so much nicer. The entire villa is beautiful, and is ideal for anyone wanting to leave the stress of everyday life behind. The bedrooms (especially the master bedroom) are fantastic and spacious. The kitchen is ideal for those days when you just can't bring yourself to leave the property (it happens) and want to make something for yourself. There are multiple grocery options nearby, and of course a ton of choices for dining out. We spent a LOT of time in the infinity pool, gazing out at the sapphire blue ocean waters. But if you prefer to go into those waters, Magens Bay is less than a 10 minute drive away. Really, it feels like just about anything on the island is within a half hour. So if you are considering this location for your special getaway and are wondering if it really is worth the price tag... it is.

Highlight of our trip!
The pictures of this beautiful home don’t do it justice! Having the sliders open with a nice warm breeze throughout the house while enjoying the expansive ocean view was so serene and relaxing. When we sat down as a family post vacation, everyone agreed that this home was the highlight of our trip! If you’re thinking about booking this place, please do. You will not regret it! The host was easy to correspond with when needed and after spending the day exploring the island it was the perfect place for us to rest our heads. Thank you Villa Seascape!

Spring break
If I could give this home a 10 star I would! Perfect location and views! In fact the pictures are beautiful but actually being there is even more beautiful. It’s peaceful and the home is very clean. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals on a perfect gas cooktop looking out at the ocean. Overall our experience was a 10 and we will be back!

Thankful for the view!
Listing and pictures can not do this home justice. Communication was perfect, recommendations were given and home was fully stocked. Unfortunately, our trip included a few nights in the hospital (nothing related to the vacation or stay) so the view from the home became our happy place to relax. Be ready to drive on the left side of the road, take a ferry to St John and don't be afraid to explore. A very friendly island and a hospital that can take care of you if the need arises. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

Fantastic Property and Host
The property was as advertised. We had 3 couples on the trip and the house was perfect. Enough room for all. The house was well furnished. We really enjoyed the covered porch/deck - you could be in the sun or shade. The location was great- away from the crowds - quiet and peaceful - but just a short drive to all the sites. Lastly, Patricia was a fantastic host. She was very helpful and always prompt in responding to inquiries.

Just What The Doctor Order
We just got back from our 8 day stay here, Believe me,,,I didn’t want to go home😩. The view takes your breath away and the house was very very nice and super clean. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal. I will be highly recommending this property to my friends and family.

Amazing Home!
We had friends travel with us for our wedding and now I wish we had the ceremony at the villa! The pictures on the listing were gorgwous but seeing it in person….no words can describe. The garden walkway to the entry is well kept, the gorgeous outdoor patio, dining area, the gorgeous water and Hans Lollik Island right in front of you. Sea views from all rooms! The villa has everything (and more) needed to have a wonderful vacation. Everything was spotless and ready to use. And you could spend your whole vacation at the villa and not feel guilty! I cannot say enough great things about Villa Seascape and Patricia. She was very quick to respond back the week or two before our arrival with little questions I had and was very responsive once our plane landed and throughout our stay. I would love to stay at Villa Seascape again and will recommend it to anyone I know looking for a quiet St. Thomas location!

Breathtaking!
This was a girls trip and we had 6 short days in this beautiful villa with the most amazing view!! We did a lot of cooking meals but ate out for dinner a few times. The house had pretty much everything we needed to cook. The grocery stores were pricey but efficient and we found everything we needed among a few different stores. The villa also had everything a hotel would have as far as towels, toiletries and accessories. We rented a car, which we believe is a must if staying here, so you can enjoy the island and its beaches, shops, views and activities. Parking was adequate but expensive (which we knew because it’s a touristy place) and we even parked at the ferry station and took the ferry over to St. John’s (an absolute must!) The space in the house was phenomenal and the outdoor areas were perfect! We booked an outdoor massage with Spa to Go and it was amazingly relaxing! The weather was perfect and even on the windy, slightly cooler days, we really enjoyed the view and hot tub!!! We wish the pool had more sun or was heated but the hot tub made up for it. The owner/property manager couldn’t have been nicer. She recommended a lot of great places to visit and gave helpful information about the check-in/out process/directions, as well as the island! Every step of the renting process was easy and helpful on VRBO. Even when I had trouble with making my payments online, I worked with the site and the owner and we got it resolved with no issues. We would love to return!

Happy New Year
Our family had an incredible week. Pictures cannot do justice to the tranquility the villa provides. Our stay was so relaxing and that's hard to do with four kids and a fiance! We found Patricia's guidance and tips on exploring the island(s) to be invaluable. We would definitely return to St. Thomas and rebook this villa.

We had a wonderful time during ourbstay over Christmas. Patricia had the house beautifully decorated for Christmas. The house is spotless clean and has an incredible view. Pateicia was a texted away anytime we had a question. I would recommend this house 100% and will book again. Thanks Patricia. A+
