"This condo is super clean and new. It has everything you need and is in a very convenient location near beaches, restaurants in Red Hook, and the ferry to St. john. The view is incredible from the balcony and the host is an excellent communicator! I highly recommend staying here. There are also friendly neighborhood cats/chickens outside and it made our stay even more wonderful."

"My husband and I had a great stay at Villa Lattitudes. The place was as described, clean & had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The views from the porch were stunning! Even though you couldn't swim at the beach on the property, there were several other beaches close to the property that you could drive to. The owner was very responsive and gave us reccomendations for places to eat and visit. We would definitely stay again."

"The property was clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive to my needs. The second day the power was out the whole time. I requested a refund even though the outage was beyond his control. He gave me a refund for the second day. He was very accommodating. It’s a very beautiful property with an ocean view. I would recommend this property because it was comfortable and clean. If the power hadn’t gone out it would have been a very nice stay."

"Michael's place is wonderful! The view...unmatched. Getting my coffee at The Buzz on site and sitting on the balcony in the morning was one of the highlights of my trip. It's also very close, walk able though I don't recommend it, to Red Hook to easily catch the ferry to St John; Taxi stand on site as well as a bus stop at the top of the hill. Two exceptional restaurants on site as well, Sudi's (get the fish tacos and thank me later) and Paradise Pie (Rip Curl is amazing) The staff at Sapphire...
