Such a charming and lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the decor, and it was plenty of room for my family during fall break. The backyard is so nice and private with plenty of seating. Even though the weather wasn’t exactly cooperative, the kids still got a little bit of time in the pool. Check in and check out was super easy and everything was just as described!

Great Stay!

Prime location and plenty of room!!! We enjoyed being by the pool and it was great to rent a golf cart and were minutes from everything!! My only complaint was the king size bed was not the most comfortable, but other than that, great place!!!

Great house in a great location

My family of 5 (with three kids 9,7,5) enjoyed our stay here very much. A very quiet, nice neighborhood within a quick drive of anything on SSI. That frontyard tree is such a feature to arrive home to and play on. The host was very responsive, and accommodating in promptly sending our belongings when we accidentally left a few items behind. The pool was nice - we paid for its heating during our Thanksgiving trip. I recommend this property, and I would stay here again on a return visit to SSI.

Perfect House for a family!

We stayed at The Fig House this past weekend with my family (husband, me, 2 kids 7 years old) and my two parents and we had plenty of room. Having 2 king beds is rare and the adults enjoyed that. When we were tired of the beach we came back to the house, swam in the heated pool and played lots of family competitive ping pong matches. We made a lot of memories at The Fig House!!

Great Mid Century House

The Fig House was a great combination of location on SSI and a really cool mid-century modern property. Everything was clean and just as advertised. Our one complaint would be that the WI-FI was spotty during our stay, but Bryce (the host) was very helpful and responsive in assisting.

Beautiful mid century modern stay!

We had a wonderful time at this property celebrating my daughter’s 16th birthday! Loved the location, close to both town and only 1.5 mile drive from the beach! Great trip for us!

We couldn’t have been happier with this property. It was a fun place to stay. My grandkids had a great time playing ping-pong, swimming, and just hanging out. We would love to stay here again on a subsequent visit to Saint Simons.

Enjoyed our stay

We booked our trip not knowing much about St. Simon’s or the area. We really enjoyed exploring and enjoyed also just staying at the house! The kids loved the pool and ping-pong table. The house was set up well and ready for us and we really enjoyed the style of the home. Added bonus was an awesome book selection that both my kids and I enjoyed!

My New Fave

We travel often and stay in rental homes. I’m very particular about the homes we rent. Location, cleanliness and decor are my top priorities when looking for a vacation rental. The Fig House certainly did not disappoint. This home exceeded our expectations. I could tell by the online photos that the owner enjoys creating a space that is comfortable with an artistic/eclectic style. The interior design is on point! The Fig House comes with an abundant supply of necessities for accommodating families. The owner is quick to respond to questions and super friendly. The Fig House has become my all time favorite. A Wonderful Oasis

The Fig House was such a great escape and gave us an excellent base for our first-time visit to St. Simons. That pool is something else!! We spent as much time as possible there, under the spell of the moss-draped oaks in a private little sanctuary. Bryce (with the help of Sarah) was very, very responsive to our every need and concern. Relaxing Spring Break

The house is gorgeous! It’s a short drive to the beach and the cute downtown on Mallery Street. The owner was very responsive to a few questions we had. Be sure to print out and read the house rules before you visit; they’re very informative. Highly recommend staying at the Fig House!

Cute stay!

Stay was very clean and organized. Owners were up front with any quirks of the house and were clear about expectations upon leaving. Both inside and outside were perfect for a relaxing weekend away to catch up with friends! Back yard had shady and sunny spots so it was great to come back from the beach and have the option of shade while enjoying the outdoors!
