Wonderful property for a large family or group of friends! We loved watching sunsets from the rooftop and enjoying our morning coffee on the porch. It’s just a short walk to East Beach and conveniently close to town, restaurants, and shops. We’ll definitely book this property again.

Great home to gather and enjoy a girls weekend

We just enjoyed a great girls weekend at this home. It was so roomy and comfortable and easily accommodated our group of 12. House was so clean and the location was amazing- such an easy walk to the beach and a quick ride to local restaurants and the cute downtown area. Planning our next trip back !

Checked in to the four story property for a Thursday-Friday visit... larger bedrooms up stairs. The ELEVATOR didn't work. Huge Problem. No indication before arrival there was a problem. called, and the nice lady said it couldn't be examined until Monday!

St SImons getaway

Roomy, comfortable, well-stocked kitchen, nice neighborhood with beach access close by. The only negative was a heating system that made loud rhythmic noises when it came on at night; it made sleep difficult at times for those on the top (4th) floor. Overasll, we definitely enjoyed the house

Awesome Home

Our family (six adults and six children) absolutely loved spending time in this beautiful home. Every bedroom had its own bathroom and it could easily have slept 16 people or more. The kitchen has everything you need for preparing any type meals! Loved the outdoor rooftop deck as well.

Our favorite beach vacation

We are repeat renters at this property because we love it so much. The house has everything you could need, it’s the perfect location, sleeps everyone comfortably, and is alway beautifully clean when we arrive. Mary is very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We will be back again!

Just book it!!!

This property was awesome! We had a group of 12 and we couldn’t say more great things about this property. We all had plenty of room, plenty of linens, and the kitchen was very well stocked. Extra bonus was the ping pong table and the beach chairs and beach wagon. We felt right at home. I definitely recommend this property!

SSI Vacation

Mary's property is perfect for our family! The condo has a small pool, elevator, and all the necessary creature comforts for the perfect vacation. The location is nice also - one block off of the beach and a short bike ride to the village.

Great Family Reunion

We were so excited to find a reasonably price unit with so many bathrooms, which is always the number one priority. 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms! And walk to the beach We enjoyed sunrises and sunsets on the rooftop deck We were pleasantly surprised how well the unit was outfitted, particularly the kitchen. We are foodies to the core with an Executive Chef in our midst. And we lived the fact we could cook and all eat together. The beds we’re comfortable and the elevator in this four story unit was especially appreciated by our 88 year old to our 17 year old. Thank you again, Mary, for this very positive experience

Large family and friends

The location is great, less than 10 min walk to the beach. A wagon and beach chair were provided. Enough parking for 4 cars. Bring beach towels and toiletries. The house is nice and spacious. I think bedding and towels could use a refresher.

Awesome Vacation House

Hard to believe, but this house actually exceeded our expectations, especially regarding bedrooms and bathrooms. It easily sleeps 16 in 7 bedrooms—effectively 4 huge masters (3 kings and a queen each with its own bath), 2 with twin beds (each with its own bath) and a bunk room (with 2 sets of bunks and a bathroom right outside the door). The living/kitchen area is efficient and easily accommodates everyone. The beach is easily accessible by car, bike or walking (depending on how much stuff you’re hauling) and everything else you need or want to do is a short walk or drive away. The frosting on the cake was an elevator which made moving in and out of the house a breeze. An added. important plus is the helpful and attentive owner, who was consistently and instantly available to answer questions (example—she anticipated a balky coffee machine and a new one showed up at the door before we could complain!. If you’ve got a big group, this place will not disappoint.

Family beach trip

House was beautiful, large and very comfortable! Proximity to the beach was excellent! We cooked all meals at home. The kitchen and living spaces accommodated 9 adults and 3 kids very well. We will be back!

Great escape!

Excellent location!!!! Within walking distance to beach, restaurants and shops. The home was spacious and comfortable, very well kept. Definitely a great place to stay for large families or memorable get togethers. The rooftop is a positively a plus. To see a double rainbow and beautiful sunset was absolutely one of the highlights of our stay! You can choose to enjoy the local lifestyle or catch up on serenity , you would enjoy either one .Would definitely go again!

Would stay here over and over again

One of my absolute favorite rentals! Saint Simons is such a quaint, beautiful little island. This 5 story rental was so incredibly perfect for my family and friends. The house was in perfect condition. Super clean and very cute decor. Very kid friendly. Th rooftop patio has an amazing view and was a great spot to just relax. The neighborhood is very cute. I will DEFINITELY be staying at this rental again!
