Host was welcoming, helped us with front door lock problem, and followed up to make sure that we got in to the unit. Could not find the ironing board that was supposed to be provided according to website. We also saw no hair dryers, so had to go out and buy one . Trash and recycle cans outside were full when we arrived. The 3rd floor back BR closet had black mold on ceiling. The ground floor BR had only two vents for heat and A/C, so system did not circulate well-cold in one room while stifling hot in the other. The ground floor bathroom shower stall had very slick tile on the floor which was very hard to maintain footing while showering.
