For guests who enjoy exploring the Island on the miles of paved bike paths, The Beach Club offers bicycle rentals on site. Access from both Ocean Boulevard and the beach boardwalk is gated. Beginning 9/6/2026, The Beach Club will be undergoing a roofing project starting just after Labor Day and continuing through November. During this time, vacation rentals are expected to remain available, and the association anticipates minimal disruption. Guests may experience some intermittent noise throughout the complex and temporary parking restrictions, while other areas of the community may not experience any noticeable impact.
