Excellent property right on the beach

Had a great stay, super easy contactless checkin and out. Property is right on the beach and 100% accurate to the photos and description. Loved our stay!

St Simons vaca

Trip was overall awesome! Had a bit of a roach problem in the kitchen BUT the Lighthouse Reality staff was awesome and had an exterminator over within a few hours to take care of the problem! Property is in a perfect location! Would definitely stay here again!

What a quaint charmer! This bungalow is also perfectly located and the beachfront, well… what can I say? Do yourself a favor and book this one. You won’t be disappointed! We’ll definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time. Perfect weather in a perfect location. Been coming to St. Simons for years but this is our favorite. Hope to come back next year

Awesome location steps from the beach

The property was perfect for up to four people. Beds are comfy, two baths is great, plenty of bath towels. Amazing beach views, right next to public beach access (pro and con). Two TVs, ceiling fans in bedrooms are appreciated. We always appreciate pet friendly rentals, as do our two furbabies.

Disappointed

Location was great...communication with property manager was timely (they apologized about the complaints but did nothing about them) Day 1: chair outside broke with my 83 year old mother in it. Chair was not replaced and we only had three chairs around the table. The weather was gorgeous but we couldn't sit around the table outside. Comforter in guest bedroom had sand on it upon arrival. There was one ice tray in the freezer with no ice. The kitchen was poorly stocked. Day 3: landscaping company came at 8am and mowed and blew for an hour waking everyone up TV was fuzzy so we switched to Netflix and then streaming didn't work due to lag time. None of these are life changing problems but when you pay a high price you don't expect to have these issues. I work hard to pay for vacations and shouldn't have receive less than was expected. I kept up with my end of the deal, paid on time and left on time; therefore, I think Lighthouse management should have to as well.

Great getaway spot!

My husband and I and our two close friends stayed over a long weekend and had a wonderful time. It was so refreshing to be right on the beach and also being so close the town area with all the restaurants and shops. The house had everything we needed including comfy beds!

Loved our beach house! Had great neighbors I. The 2nd unit!

Loved the property on the beach. The two large bedrooms were great for us and for our adult daughter! It is Convenient to restaurants and fun things to do. We loved meeting our downstairs neighbors and sharing A cocktail with them! Communication was quick and was easy! Thanks so much! Hope to be back next year!

5 Star location

Location and the front deck were fabulous. The house is spacious for four people. Didn’t cook so don’t know about kitchen except kitchen sink had a lot of grime. Owners must deep clean bathrooms. Need outside light on stairs. No we didn’t contact manager as we were only there 6 days and all these things should have been taken care before we arrived and not waste one of our paid days to reclean. Definitely would rent again if cleaned.

The second time was just as fantastic as the first!

We stayed here in 2019 and wanted to return in 2020 but Covid had a different plan so we were able to stay again this year and it was just as amazing as I remembered. The property is in a perfect location, clean, everything works like it should! I was particularly excited to see that they got a new table for the deck that was a high top so you could see the ocean view. Morning tea/coffee is to die for on the deck as is evening cocktails. I can't wait to go again next year!!

Seaclusion is so charming!

We are checking out today, but would love to stay longer! My sister (from Atlanta) and I (from Florida) met here with our 3 daughters for a little summer getaway. We stayed in the second floor unit and the views from the condo (both inside and out) were amazing. After long days soaking up the sun on the beach (steps away!), we spent the evenings sipping wine on the balcony listening to the breeze and the ocean waves. The kitchen was well equipped and the large king beds (both bedrooms!) were extremely comfortable. The main living area has a great design and the open layout is perfect for hanging out and forming lasting memories with family! We loved this little hamlet and we will DEFINITELY be back! Thank you St. Simons and Seaclusion for a memorable stay!!
