Great stay!

We had a wonderful time in this condo. It is in a great location and beach access is easy. Enjoyed hanging out on the balcony as well as visiting the local restaurants. We had a great horseback riding trip at Sea Island on wonderful horses and great people running the stable. Beautiful blue skies and warm temperatures made it all perfect. The condo was well stocked with what was needed and everything functioned very well. No complaints and would return.

Perfection on the Beach

My family and I stayed at this property 8/13/23-8/17/23 celebrating my mom’s 87th birthday. From the time we got off the elevator and walked directly into the 3rd floor “Penthouse” we were in awe. The views from the open living room, dining room and kitchen were amazing. I’ve stayed in several condos but I must say this was my all time favorite. The sunrise and sunsets were beyond gorgeous. My sisters and I walked the beach daily. The place was super spacious with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths as well as a laundry room. A lively balcony and to top everything off a wonderful 4th floor patio with multiple seating/dining areas and an outside kitchen with grill. The pool is a little small but fit our needs perfectly. The location was great. We were close to the village as well as the King and Prince where we had breakfast. There are many restaurants close by and we enjoyed them all. We didn’t cook but I must say the kitchen was well stocked. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner Tim. He was so nice and gracious to us and on my Mom’s birthday he brought her a bottle of Moët which we really appreciated. We only had one issue and it was regarding the cleanliness of the furniture in the living room. Nothing that we couldn’t live with considering everything else was A+. Tim did explain it was the end of the season and the condo was due a deep cleaning in the next couple of weeks. The rest of the condo was immaculate and we would return for another visit. Perfection

We did not want to leave!!

This property exceeded our expectations in every way. It was such a cool place, tons of space, unique design, right on the beach, everything you needed, the air conditioning was crazy good (important in the summer), comfy rooms...I cannot say enough. We so enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay there again. And the communication was top notch!!!

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

Booked this place for a last minute weekend getaway with the family. The views are amazing, access to beach was easy, and shops, restaurants and brewery were super close (walkable if it hadn’t been so rainy). Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Awesome Penthouse Experience

We had an awesome experience at this property! The views were picturesque. Dolphins were a regular part of the view as they swam by. The penthouse condo was everything interested parties can see in the photos! Plus there’s an elevator that serves the third floor and the rooftop lounging area! Our family had members from 3 years old to over 80 years old, and everyone had a blast! The rooms were beautiful and comfortable! And impressive dining options are within a short walk…. Very nice after a day on the beach and in the beautiful pool! We Highly recommend this property for folks who are heading to St Simons Island!!!

Amazing views!

Great house! Arrived for girls beach trip and everyone kept commenting on the cleanliness. The views were outstanding from the common areas. The beautiful rooftop area was a great place for all of us to gather and watch the sunrise and sunset each day.

Great condo and location

Beautiful views of the ocean. Very spacious. Nice size bedrooms and baths. Kitchen well equipped and within walking distance to the town pier and shops. Management very responsive and accommodating.

Perfect vacation spot

Roomy and comfortable! Beautiful views!! Love it all. Would suggest shades to pull down in morning to block sun in family room. It is so bright you could not watch morning news! We saw lots of dolphins! We were there during Hurricane Sally and had some outer band weather that played havoc with the fire alarms in the unit. Management was very responsive to take care of the issue. I would definitely go back! We also loved the rooftop! Biggest and nicest one I have ever seen. Had lots of meals up there in the evening 😊

Mother's Day Trip

Beachfront beauty

Great for families or couples trip. Views are stunning. Bedrooms generous and comfortable. Perfect location for enjoying all the Village has to offer. The kitchen is not equipped for making much more than bagels and cereal, but the wet bar has lots of room for beer and wine! Enjoy and eat out!

Beautiful Beachfront Property

Our trip was impromptu so I was worried we wouldn’t find accommodations up to our normal standards. However, this property was perfect - from the beautifully decorated interior to the amazing beach and ocean views from everywhere in the condo. Everything was extremely clean and tidy for our check in. The only downside is the elevator. I could see how during peak season it could get annoying if people forgot to close both doors. But we were the only ones in the building so it was perfect for us. I especially loved going to the roof and seeing the stars at night.
