The living and dining area are uncommonly large and set the perfect stage for family gathering whether to play games, enjoy dinner or just watch some television. The master bedroom with a king bed and private bath is just off the living area and has access to the front balcony facing the ocean. The second bedroom has a king bed with balcony access and the third bedroom has one queen bed with a bonus room offering one set of bunk beds and a twin trundle. All bedrooms have a television. The community features direct beach access with a boardwalk, an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, elevator, and covered parking. North Breakers is quietly situated on a cul-de-sac near the Historic Coast Guard station. To enhance guest experience, the oceanfront swimming pool is heated annually from October through March, allowing for an extended swimming season.

*Glynn County is constructing a beach access boardwalk at the Driftwood Drive beach access point directly behind the community. The County advises activity may result in intermittent noise, with a scheduled completion date at the end of July.
