This is a very nice condo in a picturesque mid-island neighborhood. The building looks a little dated from the outside, but the condo itself is beautifully decorated, well-equipped, very clean and comfortable.We enjoyed the expansive view from the big sliding doors on both floors at the back of the condo as well as the easy access to several good local restaurants, the grocery store and the bike/running path that runs through much of the island.It’s a short, pleasant drive to Pier Village and Coast Guard Beach from the neighborhood, A dog-friendly property with wide, walkable streets as well. We’d definitely stay here again.

We were in St Simon to watch a college golf tournament at Sea Island GC and this location was perfect! 2 minutes to/from the clubhouse, which was very convenient given that was the only reason we were there. The condo was clean, the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking/eating, and the property mgr was very responsive. I sent her some private feedback separately about this unit that I would recommend they address. These condos are older units and a few parts of this one have been updated. Not related to the condo at all - but the gnats were relentless while we were there in early March, despite being breezy which is supposed to help.

The view from the balconies was amazing. It was quiet and peaceful. Some boards on the balcony are westhering and are in need of updating but not treacherous. There was even a small gator in the pond that we got to watch - from a distance of course. The pool wasn't open but some of the permanent residence let us play anyhow. Very relaxing visit and for cheaper than a hotel!

The location was great. Peaceful with almost daily appearance of the neighborhood alligator. Beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of glasses, dishes, etc. On the down side, the igniter on the grill was broken, the cable box in the 2nd bedroom was missing, and the dishwasher was old and tired. I had to manually scrub the stained coffee cups. However, the shared bath had been recently renovated. It appears that the owner may be remodeling over time. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and the neighbors were lovely.

What a peaceful place to celebrate the holidays. Everything was so close. The kitchen was fully stocked for meal prep, and the view across the lagoon to the marsh and golf course was perfect. Plenty of room to entertain and enjoy company.

This property is located right on the 18th tee box of Sea Palm golf course. The location is awesome. The condo and it’s furnishings are very dated. It is well supplied with plenty of cook ware and linens. If our wives would have been with us they would’ve been complaining constantly about this place. Since it was just guys……we were content. It’s just tired!

We loved the proximity to Sea Palms and Sea Island this unit provides. It also has multiple decks to enjoy the quiet views of the golf course. The neighbors are friendly & welcoming and helpful. The owner has all the amenities you need, including utensils and plates, so you don’t have to keep washing dishes, which is a plus for vacation! Our family also loved the walks in the neighborhood. We will look forward to many more visits here in the future!

Delightful place to stay. Plenty of room and everyone had their own bed. Three bathrooms was nice with two teenage girls. Next door neighbors were a delight to talk with. Beautiful view of the lake and 18th hole. I would definitely book it again. Close proximity to the pool was a plus.

We thoroughly enjouyed the property. Exactly on the 18th fairway tee box at Sea Palms. The road is quiet, not many golfers and they all were quiet and respectful. The neighbors were nice. I highly recommend Brogans North for dinner, their local fish options are fantastic. I will definitely stay again.

Small, quiet condo complex in a lovely setting on a golf course. Perfect location with easy access to shopping, the pier village, and beaches. The condo was nicely furnished and very comfortable.

Four of us were there for an annual golf trip. First time to St Simons. Loved it. Beautiful setting. Loved the golf course. We had the pool to ourselves. We had everything we needed in the condo. Would love to stay there again. ❤️🏌️‍♀️🏊‍♀️😎

Clean, tons of linens, soap, trash bags, dish soap, paper towels, and TP all provided. The property is a little older but very clean. The neighborhood is great & has lots of places to explore. We had the pool to ourselves the entire time.

This was absolutely one of our favorite vacations rentals yet! Though we usually spend triple the amount for a vacation rental to get a beach front view or walking distance away we chose this little gem at a 3rd of the price. The quality of the rental was not short changed, more than normal accommodations, like home comfort, back deck view of the golfing greens was welcoming. The house was cozy, clean, well stocked, and inviting. The pool was extremely well taken care of and the neighbors are nice too. Would stay and recommend this rental over and over again.

The property is nice though there are many other properties on SSI which are a better value. Neighbors are rude. They obviously resent a rental property in their little neighborhood. My group arrived late Thursday night and by Friday morning we received false complaints about smoking and someone being outside in their underwear although we did nothing but take our luggage inside and go to bed. I lived on SSI for 5 years in the 2000s, and I know there are 2 vastly different groups: happy, laid back residents who love the island, its residents and are friendly to its guests...and hateful people who would prefer the island to be closed to anyone other than residents of 20+ years or so. This condo is located in a neighborhood full of people who are in the second group.

Quiet and safe neighborhood. Spacious accommodations. Needed to drive a bit more to get to the beach, but appreciated the space. Rented bikes and enjoyed the mossy oak lined streets to town.

Second stay, enjoyed it the second time around. Beautiful neighborhood with views of salt marshes and water birds a short walk away. An Osprey pair regularly fished in the pond on the 18th fairway. It’s a quiet neighborhood, but only a short drive to the village and beach.
