The house is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood and quite spacious. The property management team was quick to respond when we had questions. We took advantage of the fire pit one evening which was a great perk. Bike rental delivery was easy to set up through the preferred provider offered through the rental company. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks for such a relaxing weekend!

Backyard construction next door.

House and location perfect, Construction next door started @ 6:30 am until 7:00 pm extremely loud and unable to use the backyard for the birthday for my wife. Wish I would of know ahead of time.

Returning visitors will return again!

This is our second time staying here and we love it so much! We will be back again in the future. The house is so clean and the proximity to the beach is great. About a 5 minute drive to a great little public parking lot (only about 15-20 cars fit there) that takes you to a beautiful part of Goulds Inlet. The house is located within a beautiful neighborhood lined with amazing oak trees. Families and residents are out walking down the neighborhood streets often. The backyard is our favorite spot. They have a great fit pit area and grill. The wildlife is unmatched! We saw an egret, tons of tree frogs, some really large rabbits, and even an otter. Bring your own coffee/condiments. They do provide dishwasher/laundry tabs and all linens. Thanks for another great stay!

Wonderful house and location

House was exactly as described. Very open and plenty of room. Backyard was huge and fire pit was nice to sit around at night. Great location. Close to all local restaurants, East beach and grocery store. Would def stay there again if visiting St. Simons

Peachtree Cottage is great

The cottage is relaxing, well equipped, clean, and in a safe neighborhood. The backyard was very relaxing on sunny mornings and the trees at the cottage and neighborhood are beautiful. It was quiet and bird songs really added. My only critique, and it's no reason to not rent the Peachtree, but those renting need to know upfront that hot water typically takes at least 10 mins of running the water if one wants to washup or shower. It's not an onerous thing to do, but you need to plan ahead and we weren't able to remember to do this. Otherwise, no other critique. Thanks for all Lilmar!
