This home on SSI was excellent. One of the most accurate listings to the actual home that I have stayed in. Home was large with plenty of room for our family of 8. Outdoor pool was clean and as pictured. Location was excellent close to grocery and shopping and short drive to the beach. Would stay here again if we visit SSI in the future.

Amazing!!!

Our family was in town for a wedding. We had never been to St. Simon's Island before and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We selected Under the Oaks as the bedding options were perfect for our family of six. The house is absolutely amazing. The home looks exactly like the pictures online. The hosts have thought of everything. The Master bed is very high and they even included a stool. The kitchen is well stocked and enough towels for all. The pool was perfect. We enjoyed night swimming and watching movies together outside. We had the water heated and it was the perfect temperature for us in early April. We look forward to returning to Under the Oaks very soon.

Perfect Escape

We went here from Tampa to escape Milton and stayed 5 nights, 6 days. The place was immaculately cleaned. The location is perfect (google maps hard a hard time finding) and close to evertything you would want, beaches, parks, shoppung dinning.

Super Beautiful Coastal Home!

My mother, sister, nephew and I visited this property and had the most incredible stay! The home is simply beautiful, and you will not want to leave the backyard! We loved the pool and the grilling area. The open concept was so fun for all of us to gather and play games at the large dining table. The beds were super comfy! The kitchen is beyond well stocked. The home smelled wonderful and exceeded our cleaning expectations. The neighborhood is quiet and super convenient to everything. Will do again!!

The Perfect SSI House

This property was more than I could have imagined. It was spotless, perfect location, stunning inside and out, honestly I could go on and on. Lilmar made our stay SO easy by allowing me to text any questions (even as simple as “what kind of coffee pot is in the house” 😂). They responded quickly, and gave solutions for anything we needed. We even booked an extra night after staying one day! We will most definitely be back to this house! The orange was also a welcome sight as we watched our BaseVOLS advance in the College World Series from the back porch/pool! Go Vols!

Great vacay house!

We had such a wonderful time at Under the Oaks! The house was very nice, super clean and well stocked. The pool was fun and the hot tub was great. This house is located close to everything. Also, the management company was very responsive when we couldn’t heat the pool. They came out right away to help us. We’ll be back!

Beautiful property with all the amenities!

First time to the Georgia coast and what a surprise! The area is beautiful and easy to navigate with lots of food options. This property is newly built, very nicely decorated, and is super comfortable. It was just the 2 of us so we didn't even spend anytime upstairs but it would work great for a large family. The pool and hot tub are perfect and I plan to use the same design when I build my pool at home. Just perfect, stunning, and clean. Lastly, the property management company was superb and communicated very effectively via email and text. Highly recommend this property! But don't want the secret to get out... 😉 I don't want it to be booked when we decide to come back!

Perfect Home

This home surpassed our expectations! It was the cleanest property we have ever stayed in (no black feet from walking around the house barefoot which seems to happen in all the properties we've rented). House had everything we needed, and included beach towels which was nice so we didn't waste luggage space with bulky towels. There was tons of space for our family of 5, and we loved the backyard and pool area. We cooked quite a bit and found the kitchen to be very well stocked. Highly recommend this house for a stay in St. Simons!
