An excellent VRBO property. Especially glad for the street-level entry and all accommodations on one floor. Is convenient to restaurants and shops on Saint Simons Island. Both full bathrooms are modern with walk-in showers and lighted mirrors, and each bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom. A great place to stay whether your vacation or business is on Saint Simons Island on on the mainland.

Host was extremely thoughtful and responded quickly to any inquiry or concerns. The accommodations were beautiful, comfortable, well appointed and very clean. The location was quiet and peaceful. A perfect getaway!

We really appreciated the perfectly clean house and the nicely decorated rooms. It was the perfect size for our visit. Thanks to the owner David for being available for any problem that might arise.

The place was beautiful and clean. David was very responsive to any questions that we had. It was a short drive to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Air traffic in and out of the airport was minimal even on the weekend. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. It would be nice to have had a grill available but the kitchen was very well equipped to make a great dinner.

We had a wonderful stay. The space is modern, spacious, and super clean. The location is superb, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, but very central and close to most attractions in SSI. Our host David was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We had an issue with the AC which he promptly addressed and fixed during our stay. Would highly recommend David’s place and would stay here again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful rental. The home was clean and had everything we needed. This home was located in a tranquil neighborhood which made the stay more pleasant. The host was very responsive and the description was accurate. We would stay here again!

Great Nov St Simons Getaway

This was our first time in St Simons and we really enjoyed the beautiful home. Location was nice and quiet and a short bike ride to East Beach or the island lighthouse and pier. Rode bikes on the St Simons and Jekyll Island beaches a couple times and enjoyed several restaurants and bars on the islands.

WOW!!

We had an absolutely amazing time in this beautiful, clean home. The best place we have ever stayed in. The decor was nice, the beds were so comfortable and even the towels and washcloths were great. Fancy! The price was right as well! Thank you for everything- we will recommend to everyone!

The Perfect Home!

The home was absolutely beautiful and the location was close to everything!! Restaurants and activities were soooo convenient to get to! The house was stocked was everything we needed!! The hosts were very responsive but we never needed anything!! It was a perfect stay and we will definitely stay there again!!!

Convenient attractive place to explore SSI by bike

Very nicely decorated, clean and well equipped new place. Great kitchen if you cook in. 10 minute walk to rent good bikes then we could explore the island without fighting the surprisingly heavy traffic. David is a responsive excellent host. We’ll be back!

First Family Vacation

We are newlyweds and we decided to start our first annual family vacation by ending our summer with sun and water. The stay was amazing. It looked better than the pictures. The neighborhood was quiet and we were close enough to the beach and Summer Waves. Everything functioned so well. My toddler did not want to leave and my wife was taking ideas from the decor and layout. If we travel to St. Simons again we definitely want to stay here.
