Very welcoming host. Clean condo with great front row balcony looking at the ocean. The added feature which gave full access to the entire resort was a real asset to increasing our enjoyment. We would definitely recommend staying with this host.

If you like ocean views…

The condominium was very nicely appointed and very clean! The views of the marsh and ocean were stunning. The beach was never crowded. Corresponding with the owners was very easy, and getting access to the unit was the same. The location is within walking distance of several restaurants and a brew pub. It was a great time of year to go and explore the island.We hope to return and enjoy this wonderful condo and St Simon’s in the future.

Best View on the Beach

We had a lovely time and the view of the beach was amazing. The sunrises were fabulous. Our condo was absolutely clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we could possibly need. Communication with our host was excellent. Their instructions for entry were very clear as were their directions. They also gave us great restaurant recommendations. We would definitely stay there again.

Everything you could want!

My mom and I travel to SSI every year for vacation and love staying at the King and Prince - just not in their condos. It's hard to find a privately owned condo that also gives access to the main pool, but this one has it all! The condo has been beautifully renovated, bathrooms included, and is so comfortable and sooo clean! We couldn't have been happier with the whole experience!!! Laura is great to work with, too. Everything is well-explained, and she really cares about her guests. We will definitely be regulars!!!

Heavenly place

Our stay on SSI was absolutely dreamy. The most spectacular thing about our condo was its million dollar view of the large beach and majestic ocean. We were there for one full month and will always treasure our long wonderful walks on that beautiful beach. The condo was outfitted well and its proximity to the center of town made it easy to get around. We did loads of sightseeing and feel we really got to know the Island with all its beauty and history. The owners were available to answer any questions we had. An extra special feature is it his connected to the King and Prince resort and we were able to appreciate all it’s amenities. LOVED EVERYTHING!

Look no further, book this villa!

Staying at this oceanfront villa was such a pleasure! The location was ideal -- so close to the beach, restaurants, & shopping. It was spacious, clean, quiet, everything worked, and no bugs. The owners were responsive and pleasant to work with. We wish we could have stayed longer!

We had an amazing trip! We loved the beach Villa the view is priceless! Super short walk to the beach for little ones ❤️ my girls loved the kiddie pool with the slide. The owners were amazing and very easy to contact if need be! We will for sure be back!
