Gated Oceanfront complex with pool!

  • Welcome to 300 North Breakers! This nicely furnished, 2BR/2BA condo located in the oceanfront condo complex of North Breakers. Guests will immediately feel relaxed upon entering this exquisite property which offers a laid back beach feel with soothing paint colors, and furnishings. The kitchen is expansive, open, and well equipped with new stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry and granite countertops. Both bedrooms are spacious and offer nicely updated bathrooms. The master bedroom with tray ceiling has sliders out to the balcony, King sized bed, flat screen TV. The master bath has a large custom tiled shower, double vanity, and huge walk in closet. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail, on the large balcony while taking in the beauty of the island and smelling the ocean breeze.

    Whatever you're looking for in a vacation, you will find it here at 300 North Breakers!

    Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants. Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc. are not permitted. To enhance guest experience, the oceanfront swimming pool is heated annually from October through March, allowing for an extended swimming season.

    Beach Gear Credit Now Included Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach delivery service provider to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March thru October, and receive a daily credit from VayK Gear towards beach gear rentals during the stay! Use your credit for adult and children's bicycles, chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, boogie boards, coolers, cornhole and more – the choice is yours!”

    *Glynn County is constructing a beach access boardwalk at the Driftwood Drive beach access point directly behind the community. The County advises activity may result in intermittent noise, with a scheduled completion date at the end of July. While the community and amenities will not be directly impacted by the project, work could be heard throughout the complex.

A restful and peaceful week.

We accomplished just what we wanted to.-Sunshine, Beach, Water. The Condo was beautifully decorated. We loved the comply bed. We spent a good amount of time on the balcony and in the home, when we weren't enjoying the great food and beverages all around town.

First visit to St. Simons

A beautiful island with a lot of history and good bike paths. The oak trees are amazing. The downtown waterfront is beautiful. Plenty of services…..groceries, restaurants, gas etc. easy access to Jekyll Island for day trips. Condo is private with ample parking and away from traffic and close to the beach.

Great Stay

We had a great time in SSI the property was great for my husband and I. The only hiccup was check in they told us there was a key but it was actually a key pad entry. It all worked out and was a great stay. Hodnett Cooper was very available and communication was great.

Wonderful Location, Clean Condo

My friend and I stayed here for a long weekend and were impressed with the property. The condo itself is an end unit with private balcony, fully stocked kitchen, and spacious rooms. Very clean! The location is equally nice, with a short walk to the beach and a clean pool on your way to/from the beach. The property management company was quick to respond to any questions as well. I highly recommend this property.

I would recommend this condo to anyone with adults or kids. Our kids are 19 and 20 and this was a perfect condo. Plenty of room for all of us. Saint Simons is a beautiful beach to travel to. Very family oriented. The condo is beautifully decorated. We had all the cooking supplies that we needed. The pool was wonderful. Great condo!

UNCOMFORTABLE

Could not sleep in the beds in this unit. Harder than rocks. Slept in a living room chair and left two days early. The unit is not OCEAN VIEW/OCEAN FRONT and is the furthest from the elevator. Not suitable for anyone with mobility problems.

Nice relaxing stay

We enjoyed several things about this property. The parking garage, elevator, and carts for luggage was really helpful. The bedrooms were spaced nicely apart. The condo was clean. There was even beach chairs and boogie boards in the guest closet. The beds were comfortable. Short walk to the beach and pool. The balcony was comfortable. We received a text that let us know when the condo was clean and ready for our arrival. Complaints were very minor and not a big deal. The Keurig machine was faulty and made watered down coffee with inconsistent pour sizes and the other coffee pot was missing the carafe so we had to buy bottled cold brews. Check in was really easy but since they just have us a code it seemed unnecessary to stop by the rental office. We had a really good experience staying here and we would def recommend it to others and stay here again ourselves.

Visit to Golden Isles

The room/condo was fine. We loved it. The people we encountered were friendly and helpful. We decided to go to the Golden Isles for a few days after being on a cruise for a week. The only problem was mosquitos. They were awful. The beach was further away than we thought. It would not have been a bad walk but when we started down the path we got eat up by the mosquitos. We went back yo the room and didnt try it again. Our objective was to see the sights so it wasnt really a beach trip or I would have been real disappointed. It would have been nice to be able to at least walk or lounged at the beach some. We could watch others from our balcony and they too were fighting them off. So beware if you go toward the end of May. Not the owners fault. I guess they cant control nature.

Great Condo

My friends and I had a lovely girls weekend in this condo. We loved the space, the layout, and all the amenities. The only complaint I had is we needed to call the emergency property management line the last night for air conditioning issues and never heard back.

It was a wonderful experience staying at this condo. The unit along with the grounds was very clean and well managed. The hospitality from the staff was fantastic and the grounds around the condo incredibly clean and beautiful!

Love North Breakers

We enjoyed our stay at North Breakers. The property was very clean when we arrived. The guest bath did have a shower curtain that fell, but I notified management and hopefully it was fixed after we left. The frig had a seafood smell, I am sure from the previous guest so we put a box of soda in there and it was better. Overall we were very pleased with the property. The condo does have a washer/dryer which was not listed on the amenities.

Was as expected and more

This was a beautiful condo and neighborhood. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood and the grounds and building are very well maintained. The landscaping was beautiful. There is no view of the ocean, but we did not expect that based on the photos of the condo, so no issues there. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. The kitchen had everything we needed, plus there were floats and chairs available in the laundry room. We left the next occupant a super fun puzzle in the TV Stand, and saw a few more in there. The rooms were a good size and plenty of seating for eating and watching TV. The balcony was very spacious and had seating for four. We enjoyed people watching and the ocean breezes from there.

Fall at the Beach

November was the perfect time for us to stay at this beach condo. Beautiful weather, easy access to the beach and only a bike ride-away from the town center. We would stay here again.

Overall, a very good place.

Overall this is a very good place and I would recommend. Good points: Very clean; nice updated kitchen and bathroom; good location - building is ocean front with an easy walk to the beach; nice pool and hot tub; the unit is on the end, 2 flights up which I thought made it easy to get to up and down the stairs Not as good: The bedding was awful - scratchy sheets and rock hard pillows - the bed was comfortable, the but not the bedding. I got the impression these were from the mgmt company and they should really do better; shower head needed a good descaling; TV set up was not ideal since it was a small tv in a large cabinet and couldn't be seen well by people on the side; No toaster or toaster oven - and we couldn't get the over to do much in the way of broiling. Overall, I'd happily stay here again, but would bring my own sheets!
