My husband and I enjoyed our 4-night getaway at this lovely townhome. The home was immaculately clean and well-stocked. It was nice that we didn't have to worry about bringing beach chairs and towels. We especially enjoyed the screen porch, comfortable bed, and the bicycles. Every place we wanted to go to was easily accessible from this location. Our hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Birthday get-away

My family celebrated my birthday and this place was perfect. It was spacious, offered 2 king beds which was great, and the living area let us all time together. The location was close to anything we wanted to do or places to eat. Loved staying here and it’s on our list to stay when we come back!

Love staying here!

We first stayed here in 2023 after wanting to check out Saint Simons Island for the first time. We (my husband, myself and our 3 young kids) loved it! We enjoyed it so much that we booked again for summer of 2024 and are discussing coming back every year. The condo is clean, fully stocked and wonderful with the light from the windows (being an end unit). The back covered patio is so relaxing. The complex pool is loved by all and we used the pool toys/floaties provided. The beach cart was also wonderful for our trips to the beach! Thank you Mark and Sandra for a restful, fun vacation!

Going to St. Simon? Stay Here!

This is a great property. It is spotless, full of extras, with lovely touches by the owners. Everything is nearby whether you need restaurants, markets, the airport, Dulce Doughnuts (!), or the beach. If you need anything for your time on the island it's probably in the garage! Thank you and we will return.

Amazing location and great owners

The property was beautiful and was in such a great location. The restaurants and shops weren’t very far away and neither was the beach! The owners were great with communication and are real genuine people. I highly recommended staying here!

Relaxing, comfortable stay

The weather during our first two days on the Island were cold and windy, so we spent more time than expected at the rental. Townhouse was clean and decorated in a relaxed beach theme. Master bedroom, bathroom, and closet larger than expected. Plenty of room for a group of 5 to relax, watch movies, assemble a jigsaw puzzle, and do a little cooking while waiting for the weather to improve. Owner allowed a late check out so we could finally get some great beach time before heading home!

Just Right

We were looking for a place to stay that had ample parking while moving our daughter out of her dorm. This property served our purposes to a tee. Lots of room to safely park our loaded down vehicles and plenty of room inside. We especially appreciated the helpful notes throughout including labeling the light switches. It was also equipped with plenty of hangers in the closets, good quality towels (including makeup removal towels on the bathroom counters), and dirty clothes hampers in the closets. The property is quick and easy to access from the mainland which was a plus for us, but it's also convenient to the restaurants, shops, and public beaches on SSI.

great place to stay but no staples provided

the place was clean , nicely decorated, and perfect for our family except that there were no basics provided. no salt and pepper, no tissues for the kids runny noses, barely any hand soap or bath soap, no shampoo or lotion. we ended up having to ration toilet paper on our last day. it really is a nice place but a few basic staples would be helpful...
