    This oasis has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and includes lush landscaping, a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances as well as a 1 car garage with driveway parking and a beautiful community pool.

Pet friendly, nice small space fenced in, pool only short walk from townhouse, only 2 minutes. Area is very nice and quiet.

Great place to stay! We were provided with everything that we needed from beach towels, chairs, dog dishes, shower items and much more! Host is excellent as well. She messaged me to make sure we didn’t need anything.Highly recommend this townhouse!Thanks Jennifer!

Absolutely loved staying at this location this time on the island. The host Jennifer is prompt atResponding to you if you need anything at all and made sure we would have a great stay. The townhome was very clean upon arrival and had lots of beach towels and some chairs so that was a huge plus as well so you don’t have to bring your own. If you bring your furry friends along it is also very pet friendly. We will definitely keep this place in mind when visiting the Island again :)

Close to everything. Property has everything you need. Pool for the complex is nice (small) but nice. Surprisingly didn’t get crazy busy either even during holiday week.

Really enjoyed our stay. Location was great and the house was perfect for my family stay. Had a couple of small issues with the WiFi and how to lock the front door but we messaged Jennifer the property manager and she was quick to respond and very helpful. Would def stay again.

We absolutely loved this property. It was exactly like the pictures, very clean and very convenient to everywhere in town. We will definitely book here again the next time we visit!

My family had wonderful time and made great memories. I really enjoyed the beach chairs. I'm buying my family that kind chairs. We were able to have a great breakfast, hit the beach, come back for lunchtime, and relax in the pool. Definitely a great place to stay. Driveway is a little shorter then we thought to fit 2 cars, but there was extra parking a little ways down the road.

Everything was exactly as described! We had a wonderful experience with no complaints or issues! The host, Jennifer, is/was amazing with communication, the house is in a great location to everything, it was very clean, and although we didn’t take our dog this time we saw that everything you need is there for your pet. We would 100% book again.

Wow, this place is wonderful! The kitchen is huge for a rental with plenty of space for cooking and entertaining. The family room is very comfortable. The upstairs bedrooms are nice and set up for a friend's trip or a families vacation. The location is wonderful as well a lot of things close by. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful townhouse, extremely comfortable bed . We felt just as comfortable there as we do in our own home. The host was very accommodating and responsive. Very kind people. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend.

We stayed at this townhouse for Thanksgiving. We brought items that we never used because the house had Everything we needed!!! The Beds slept Very Good!!! My sister did Not want to leave and kept saying, we have Got to come back here.

This house has everything you need for a wonderful stay on St. Simons! It is in a great location. The owner was so sweet, thoughtful and the house is stocked! Plenty of beach towels, beach chairs and everything in the kitchen needed to feel at home! We will definitely be booking again with Jennifer.
