We had a fantastic time at the tower house. The location is fantastic and only a short walk to the beach. The house was clean and had all the amenities needed for a week long stay. We will be staying here again on our next trip to St. Simons Island.

Family vacation

We 9 adults. Plenty of space and privacy for couples. Beautiful kitchen and amazing outdoor area with awesome pool. Super close to beach. Home had several bikes and beach gear! We loved it!!!!

It was a great property for the group! Close to the beach, close to the shopping area and close to the golf courses. The pool and jacuzzi were good except the heat was never turned on. They gave me a refund on the pool heating charge. I would consider using your services again!

Great group house

Beautiful home with plenty of space for a group. Pool is very large. Very nice bunk room on bottom level that sleeps at least six kids with separate living room & tv. Only small complaint would be the main living room is pretty small and not a ton of comfortable seating. Very large dining table is great but only one couch and two chairs so a little cramped for adults to sit around. Otherwise wonderful house, very comfortable, spacious, and I would highly recommend.

First time to area

Beautiful, well-cared for home in a quaint neighborhood. Secret path to white sand beaches. Beds and comforters were better than any hotel. Tremendous water pressure. Nice for multi-family vacation as each level can host a family of a different size. Bunk room is the best set-up I’ve seen at a VRBO. Kitchen was well-equipped, tons of dishes/glassware/cups/silverware for both adults and kids. Two living rooms on different floors allows for people to spread out. Comes with bikes, beach chairs, an added perk. FOUR+ bathrooms! Would definitely recommend and will be back.

Anniversary trip

The property was perfect for our group. Outdoor area is very nice. I was a little disappointed that i booked the property about 2 months in advance of our stay but when i checked the price of the property a week before we were supposed to arrive, the price had been cut in half of what i paid to rent it. I asked the mgmt company about this but no adjustments were offered.

Long Weekend

We had a great time staying for a long weekend with two families. Plenty of room, great accommodations and very convenient location. Only hiccup was getting the jacuzzi to work effectively but we pretty much worked it out with the property manager. Thanks for a great weekend.

Fantastic property!

We had a family reunion in St Simons, and this house exceeded our expectations…the pictures don’t do it justice! The house was immaculate, well appointed, and had all the amenities we needed. The layout was so lovely and unique. The downstairs was perfect for our one year old grandson and parents to have privacy, and was very creatively designed. Beds were comfy. The master bath was incredible, with a huge shower and huge closet. The deck off the 4th floor allowed for partial ocean views and was a lovely spot to enjoy your morning coffee! The large dining room was so nice for full family meals and game playing. The covered patio was beautiful, and the bbq/egg set up was great. We enjoyed the pool/spa daily, which was a good size and well maintained*. There were beach chairs and a cart provided, some games, and 4 bikes as well. The location was quiet and just a short walk to the beach! Only a mile or two from town as well- supermarket and restaurants were very close. We LOVED the property, and definitely plan to return! * only issue: the pool company did come for maintenance, overchlorinated the pool/spa, damaging bathing suits ( and skin!) * just an FYI- wear closed toed shoes/ sneakers for the beach path walk, as the path has brambles that pierce your feet and can cause deep splinters ( this can easily ruin your fun!)

Prefect vacation home

The Tower house was everything we hoped it would be. Very clean, comfortable, well equipped kitchen and a wonderful vacation home for a large family. Four King beds were a big draw to this house. Lighthouse Mgmt was very responsive to needs. A week to remember!

Wonderful vacation

Beautifully furnished, decorated and well-equipped beach home! Steps from a wooded path that leads to East Beach. Outdoor patio and pool area very nice! We only had 6 in our group, but room for 2 or possibly 3 families.

Amazing new listing!

We were the first visitors to that in this brand new listing. Everything has been lovingly and thoughtfully refurbished. All the finishes and furniture and fittings are The Best! Sparkling clean. The location is incredible, and you can hear the waves from your bed, or from one of the many porches. We loved it!
