The balcony was NOT scenic. It was facing a busy road and was very loud. We did not use it much for this reason. Washer and dryer was nice to have available.

The location is great, right next to a grocery store, shopping and directly across the street from the beach. It was nice that there was a washer and dryer in the unit and we enjoyed the large patio to work from during the day. Minor detail, but would highly recommend replacing the shower-head in both bathrooms or turning down the pressure. Correspondence with the property management was prompt as I did not have any direct contact with the owner.

The communication was through a property management company, which I never love. The unit was in an ideal location, walkable to several restaurants, bars, grocery store stores, which is why I gave an 2 instead of 0. But, I felt like I was staying in a motel six. The bedsheets were rough. The comforter was equally uncomfortable. The bath towels were so tiny and thin, I had to use two just to dry my hair and body. Towels for the hot tub were equally as thin and cheap. And, the last morning when we left, I took a cold shower. The pool in the hot tub were great though.

Awesome location close to beach, stores and restaurants. We liked Ricky T's eating on the patio and the coal fired pizza place we got delivered. Pool and hot tub were nice and warm. Great view by the pool of the intercostal. Did some fishing off the dock and caught quite a variety!

Short beach trip

Overall the stay was nice and enjoyable. The location was very convenient and the complex was a peaceful environment. Short walk to the beach and many restaurants in the area. My only complaint is that the floors and bed linens within in the condo did not appear to all be properly cleaned before our stay.

Beach getaway

Easy to schedule online. Very informative and quick to relay information out. Property was easy to get to and easy parking and access to the beach. Perfect spot. Place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Only thing dryer was a little noisy. Felt bad running it at night didn’t want to disturb neighbors.

Not a good description of toom

It didn’t say that our room was above the parking lot with car doors slamming all day and night. The patio was very dirty and we couldn’t sit outside because the noise was so loud that you couldn’t hear each other… the furniture looked like it was from goodwill…We were very disappointed

Nice stay, comfortable unit.

We enjoyed our stay at this property and would return. Comfortable beds, good water pressure in showers, air conditioning worked great. The outdoor hot tub was hot and the pool was very nice. Publix next door was handy. Quick drive to restaurants and John's Pass plus beach access across the street. Plenty of dishes, glasses and cooking supplies. Disappointed that there wasn't better toilet paper (1 ply and only two provided, 1 for each bathroom), bath soap was a tiny facial bar that isn't suitable for a shower, no kleenex. Only two single serving bags of regular coffee, no laundry detergent. When investing in this unit we expected more quality and better supplies for our money!

Location can’t be beat!

Our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids ages 7-9) fit this condo perfectly! Ample parking although we were there during lower season (last 2 weeks of August). Older building, lower lobby beautifully finished. Floor levels could use a makeover but the condo itself was renovated gorgeously! Was exactly as described, had all the necessities (toilet paper, roll of paper towel, dishwasher and laundry tabs (2 each), coffee maker. Tons of cookware to choose from. Only complaint was the washer dryer set. Older unit, took a long time to dry and having 3 small kids and beach = lots of laundry! Location was amazing. Quick 10 minute walk from condo door to water. Also came equipped with beach items (umbrella, sand toys, chairs, inflatables etc) Communication was great with host. Great vacation. Would definitely recommend!

Overall great place

The property was nice. Some of the units had view if the water, ours did not (not a huge deal). The unit was clean, well stocked and we had a great time. The ONLY negative was that there were several people smoking pot on the surrounding balconies and it wasnt enjoyable to sit on ours as the wind was blowing it at us. But we dont consider that a fault with the property. If we hadnt had our 1 year old grandson put there it wouldnt have mattered as much. We would stay here again.

Fun beach vaca

The beach was a short 5 min walk from the condo. The condo was just as the pictures, very clean. We loved the location with the Publix right next door and also the beach on 1 side and the bay on the other side. Parking was perfect and close to the door. Washer and dryer were an older unit, but still worked. My only critique would be to have cleaning supplies stocked so people that are traveling via plane does not need to buy extras and not take it home. Overall a great vacation.
