The pictures gave a true representation of the condo. It was great being able to walk out to the pool and beach. The sunsets were beautiful from the balcony. We contacted the owner for garbage bags and they were there the next morning. The kitchen was equipped enough for our needs, but it did not have one mixing bowl.It was a very pleasant stay with the family.

A beautiful location on a beautiful beach. The condo is very well stocked and has comfortable beds and furniture. I would have given this condo a 5*, but we did not have air-conditioning or heat the whole time. They attempted to fix it, but the unit needed to be replaced. Just inconvenient, we thought the first day that it just needed to kick in. But when it was 81 degrees, we had to call. And unfortunately we were there during the record breaking cold, so needed some heat. The manager was very apologetic and really tried to work with us. Otherwise was a fabulous trip, the pool and hot tub were a big hit with the kids and the maintenance man kept it so clean!

The updates to Seaview and this unit are incredible! Would love to see a reclining seat or two squeezed in somewhere for the older members of the family.

There were a few things that could have been cleaner. The sheets on a couple of the beds did not smell clean so we had to Wash them. I also found a huge spill under one of the beds. There is also a smell coming from the washing machine pipe. The property manager was awesome. Very responsive and helpful.

We absolutely loved our stay at 103 Seaview! The unit was clean, comfortable, and had all the items needed for a week’s stay at the beach. It was very easy to get to the pool and the beach. The balcony was wonderful and we spent a lot of time relaxing out there. We loved the proximity to stores and restaurants. We had breakfast and dinner at the Reef across the street. We walked to John’s Pass. We communicated with the property manager and she was very kind, helpful, and accommodating. We can’t wait until next year!
Loved the pool.
Hot tub was very relaxing.

Perfect vacation spot

This condo had absolutely everything we needed, for both inside (cooking) and outside. Beach toys, beach chairs towels. Even a shower chair that was incredibly helpful with my elderly mother. Great views. Beautiful Condo.Being directly on the beach with compacted sand for the VERY short walk to the water, was so helpful with my mother also. The kids had a great time. Would definitely stay there again.

The condo was great for my 3 kids, parents, and my husband and me. My dad is a wheelchair user and the condo was great for that. It was clean and the location was amazing.The kitchen is sparse! Hard to cook for a family of seven with no baking dishes, bowls, etc. otherwise the condo is fabulous for big families. As far as the property manager and owner, by far the very best I have ever experienced and we’ve stayed at a lot of VRBO’s. This is a great place to stay! I hope we can stay again!

Only steps to the beach

Overall stay was amazing, we enjoyed the close proximity to the pool. Grandparents could sit under the covered patio and watch the grand children splash in the pool and hot tub below which were meticulously maintained. There was a presence of staff every weekday and he was friendly and professional. The beach was clean and well maintained by the city. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen had most of what we could want/need to cook.

Paradise Found!

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by breathtaking, unobstructed views of the water. The open-concept is perfect. The finishes/decor are spot on with the coastal feel. The wall to wall sliders allow you to enjoy the views even while in the kitchen. What we enjoyed the most: our morning coffee while watching the dolphins play in the water directly in front of the condo. The kitchen offered modern appliances and ample counter space. The primary suite is pure tranquility, with direct ocean views, walk in closet, large primary bath and a comfortable king bed.The property manager stayed in communication with us to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Add in the community amenities like a beachfront pool and spa, that was cleaned daily, secure access to the building and pool area, a numbered parking spot and prime location close to shops and dining, and no need to drive as the trolley stop is right outside the condo building. It's clear, this condo is everything you would need to have a great vacation We are already trying to figure out when we can return.

What a great place to stay!

Family Vacay

The property was as advertised. It was a perfect location for a multigenerational vacation. The sand was beautiful and soft. The water was warm. We saw manatees and dolphins. The condo itself was fairly well appointed. There were a good selection of spices and condiments left by previous renters which were appreciated. We would definitely stay again and in fact have booked for next year. Couple of minor comments- there are no mini starter soaps so make sure you bring your own. The bbq was not functional. The master bedroom sheets had no elastic left and need to be replaced. (These comments are really meant for the owners or management)

Fantastic Vacation!

The Condo was beautiful, very clean, comfortable beds, very well stocked including beach chairs. The view of the beach and sunsets was breathtaking Good restaurants nearby Owners very accommodating and prompt to all our concerns. Will definitely be back!!

Excellent condo with amazing view

This property is excellent for a holiday stay at Madeira Beach. The location is central with good transport links to John’s Pass and other areas in St. Pete’s. There is plenty of room in the property for a party of 5 and in fact there would have been room for more. The kitchen was very well equipped and the bathrooms were of a high standard. It was very clean and tidy, though the bedroom furniture in the two back rooms was quite shabby. The beds in particular were soft and uncomfortable, though this is a personal taste. The view was beautiful and the facilities in the apartment block were well maintained and clean. The pool was warm and clean and access to the beach was great. If there was one complaint it would be the noise. The back bedrooms face the road which is extremely busy and the traffic is non stop, plus the lift mechanism is noisy. If you’re unlucky enough to have to sleep in the back bring your ear plugs! Otherwise a wonderful stay.

The property was nice. The front bedroom is a bit small to have a king size bed. The master is very spacious but needed some general maintenance light bulbs batteries. The living area was very nice but also needed some general maintenance chair legs were loose. Kitchen needed some regular supplies.
