  • Our priority: A Clean & Healthy environment for all family members, every guest, each friend.
    A minimum of 30-hours between reservations gives our cleaners time to disinfect all surfaces & freshly wash all bedding & towels. Our condo is properly cleaned & thoroughly sanitized before & after each stay.
    We follow CDC requirements for a healthy & safe home-setting environment. Disinfectant & basic cleaning supplies are always provided during your stay.
    We have a no contact check-in/check-out system. There is no office and no main entrance. You have a private door for the entrance to your condo with a keypad instead of keys. We have 2 stairways and 1 elevator. The elevator has an outgoing air exchange, constantly taking out the old air and bringing in the fresh air.
    Be assured that you & your family will enjoy a relaxing, comfortable stay at Bayside Condos.
    Our 3rd floor condo is on the barrier island of Clearwater Beach. Just 10 minutes of walking brings you to the excitement of beach life! Our studio condo comes with 1 free parking space, 2 queen beds, balcony, kitchenette supplied with more than just the basics, bathroom has tub, shower & vanity sink area. Free WIFI, Smart TV with basic cable, DVD player with an assortment of movies, gated pool, backyard, BBQ grill, bike rack, coin-operated laundry center with washers & dryers. There's a pier for fishing or just relaxing.

Very disappointed in the condo. Ceiling fans were caked in dust, the right outer side and front bottom of the refrigerator were very dirty. Kitchen utensil drawers had a lot of crumbs. Cabinet doors in bathroom did not close. Floor was not clean, socks were black from walking on the floor. Host did have a cleaner come in and clean the ceiling fans, kitchen drawers and fix the bathroom cabinet doors after I sent in a complaint. In addition, the entry door did not close tight so bugs and small animals could get in since there was a big gap between the door and the threshold. I have pictures if the owner would like to see them. Beds were very comfortable, great having beach towels and chairs available.

Clearwater Beach Condo

We loved our stay at the condo in Clearwater Beach. Very easy to walk to restaurants & or drive to nearby beaches.

Location by the yacht club was cool. Got a water view, quiet and safe. Great value for being on Clearwater Beach. The beach towels and equipment were a nice bonus. Free parking spot!

Great week! Would definitely stay here again. Had nice amenities such as beach chairs, umbrella, towels. Close to beaches and restaurants.

I thought the condo was very clean and it was like the pictures. It had all the amenities you would need. Location was perfect! I wiuld definitely stay again.

Spring Training Weekend

Great spot for a spring vacation! Saw spring training baseball in Donedin and in Tampa. Enjoyed the pool and nearby bars of restaurants. Thanks for a fun weekend!

January Break

I enjoyed the location and property. A quick walk (10 min) to Clearwater Beach and a very short drive going to Sand Key Beach. It had everything we were looking for in our stay! Plus very friendly property Managers and quick to reply on VRBO.

The most annoying thing about this place was the elevator. All week we never knew if it was going to work when we got on.Also was charged a separate fee of 59.00 when it was plainly included in the rental fee.

We love Clearwater and decided to spend new years on the beach. The place was great.

Our host was great, the room was well stocked and clean! We swam in the pool when it was 60 outside! We would definitely stay again.

Great clean little place with a view

Loved it, clean and cozy with everything we needed. The view on the balcony was awesome and we saw dolphins in bay. About 15 walk to beach etc.

Worked well for a short and cheap stay

The place was clean (old but clean). Best value for what we paid. The owner was very accommodating and got us in for an extra day at the last minute.

Nice location

Property as advertised. Easy checkin, convenient location. Somewhat tricky with weekend traffic allow extra time for traffic on bridges. Bring extra K cups if you are a coffee drinker!
