Amazing Condo on the Water

This Condo was just amazing. Great view and literally close to Everything. You can walk everywhere. Excellent communication with the host. So nice. We will definitely be back.

Excellent spot in Clearwater

Place was clean. About a 12 minute walk to the beach. This place had beach towels which was a nice touch. Beds were comfortable, compared to other VRBOs we have stayed at. AC worked great and great view from the balcony. Only complaint is that there were not any curtains in the bedroom so it was pretty bright at night even with the blinds closed. If we come back here, we would definitely stay here again.

Needed a home base when visiting some family. Very close to beaches, restaurants of CWB - but also on a quiet street for a nice retreat.

Was the perfect stay!

The property was exactly as advertised. Convenient walking location, beautiful look over the bay. The patio furniture was comfortable. Property was clean, beds were comfortable, AC worked well! We would absolutely come back.

We really enjoyed staying here. It was very clean and well maintained. It had the perfect amount of space, comfy beds, nice kitchen supplies and coffee machine. We loved sitting on the porch overlooking the water. The owners were great about communication all throughout the booking process and also during our stay. The location is great, we walked to restaurants and the beach. Thank you!

Great jewel of a place!

Excellent location. As advertised. Super clean. Loaded with all the amenities you need. Very comfortable condo. Property manager Joanna was always available to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. Family of 5 that absolutely loved it here.

Quiet waterfront property close to the beach.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay, the property was as advertised. The check in was seamless and all my questions were answered promptly. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for quick access to the beach and boat tours but wanting a quiet place to relax in the evening. Patio overlooking bay, even spotted a dolphin one morning while drinking coffee.

Perfection!

This place was exactly what we needed to have the absolute best time in Clearwater Beach! The floorplan, bedrooms, and bathrooms were perfect for my husband and I plus our son and his friend. The photos are a very accurate depiction of the property. That porch view is absolutely incredible! I could sit out there all day and be content. This was our first trip to Clearwater and this place helped make it absolute perfection! It's a nice, quiet walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. You can honestly stay there without a rental car if the beach vibe is the only thing you're looking for. I think the thing I was most impressed by was how clean everything is and safe you felt around the entire area. I would go back in a heartbeat! Thank you for providing a property that allows you to make the most of a Clearwater Beach vacation with no hassle.

We enjoyed our stay at this location. Home was very clean and check in process well organized. Manager emailed during stay to confirm everything was going well. Short walk to easy beach access through Surf Style store. On site washer and dryer were clean and easy to use as well.

Great spot right on the water!

Needed a place to stay for the week while the kids attended Clearwater Marine Aquarium camp. This place is great! Right on the water, we saw manatees roll through during the day, and dolphins in the afternoon! The balcony area is perfectly shaded, could sit outside and watch the boats and fish all day. Interior was impeccably clean and plenty of room for the four of us. Definitely recommend, would return!
