Second Time Around!!

This was our second time staying here! Great location and perfect spot to bring a boat. The house is very roomy and is well kept/clean. The hot tub is also a great addition! ONLY con is the neighbor to the right of the house. We stayed here about a year apart and he called the cops on us both times within the first hour. First time he said the boat was blocking his view and this time he said we could not park on the street because we didn’t own the house. Both times the cops showed up and said he is constantly calling in nonsense and to just try to ignore him. On both occasions he sat outside videoing us doing nothing for about 15 minutes before the cops showed up.

Convenient

Accommodations were clean, convenient to family and beaches and restaurants. They have just installed a hot tub but we didn't have an opportunity to use it. It has a beautiful backyard with bar area also. Will try to stay again when visiting family!

Double booked

They double booked us and did not realize until AFTER check in. I had to ask for hours for the code to get in which they finally gave us but then called later saying they’re sorry but they double booked us and someone else was already there. This is completely unprofessional and we could have easily shown up when somebody was in the house which is a horror movie scenario. We were on the phone with VRBO for hours. We escalated to a VRBO manager of some sort and he was extremely rude, condescending, and unwilling to help. We had 10 people and dogs and they said they would cover the a hotel for the night “to a certain extent.” So basically, I have to book hotels and maybe I’ll get some unspecified amount of money back. How ridiculous is that? They couldn’t even book us another VRBO rental because it was past 5 and they were “locked out of the system.” This has happened before at another popular vacation rental site and they were so much more helpful and obviously fined the owners which I question if they do here. All we got was a refund which was short $100 and had to figure out on our own lodging same day for 9 adults, a 1 year old, and dogs. Completely unprofessional of the owners and VRBO. Neither provided an real support. Book elsewhere.

Beautiful and comfortable property!!!

We had family in town for our wedding and needed a bigger space to spend time together. This was the perfect place. The house is very impressive throughout and the back area is wonderful and great for hanging out. Everyone in our group enjoyed the house and if the need arises, we would be thrilled to stay here again!

Great house right on the water with a boat lift

Me and some friends spent the weekend here and had a great time. The house was very clean and everything worked as it should. Lots of beds for a large group. The boat lift worked great and is very close to a couple sandbars and flats

Book this home!

My family and I booked this home for a last minute getaway and the home is beautiful. The outdoor area is perfect for grilling and hanging out. The home has two living rooms and a beautiful open kitchen that opens to them and a dining area. The rooms are spacious and between the master and the other two rooms, you can comfortably sleep 7 adults in the bedrooms (there were only four of us). The kitchen is stocked with spices for grilling and there are a variety of teas along with coffee pods to start your day. The only thing I would ding this home for is cleanliness. We grabbed a couple of glasses right when we got to the home and they were sticky. After that we started washing all of the plates and cups we used. Also, there are pots and pans which have been overused, so there are only a couple you can cook with. None of that would stop me from booking this home again.

Beautiful property

This property was beautiful and the communication was excellent. The home was well kept, beds were very comfortable, house was clean and lots of amenities. Kitchen was well appointed but could have used a toaster and microwaveable dishes, otherwise, it had all you need. Would highly recommend and definitely return. Thank you for a great stay!!
