Upon arriving there were 11 lights out, 4 flickering lights due to improper lights being used in a light fixture, LED light controller missing, A/C saying it need serviced and filter changed, a wasp or something making a nest on the porch, something growing on the outside furniture, mold in the fridge/water pitcher in the door, the filter in the fridge was bad, the firepit has not worked the entire time, the master bath rain shower head does not work, fan in a bedroom and outside not working, umbrellas by pool not working because they are missing sections of metal, grill was coated and pouring grease out, and landscaping plastic walkway pieces sticking out being a tripping hazard, the putt putt course was covered in weeds, one of the toilets was constantly running or wouldn't flush, pool table has two pockets falling out, and the vacuum was completely filled with stuff from the previous cleaning.
