***Swimming pool: is heated. Swimming in the pool after being in salt water without showering off first is not allowed as it damages pH level of the pool water
***Early check in/late check out: the earliest check in we can accommodate is 3:00pm and the latest check out is 11:00 am, at an additional fee to be remitted at time of booking. Can only be accommodated if requested at time of booking and not on arrival day, or during your stay.
***Owner retains use of the dock/boat, garage and if not rented, golf cart, with advance notice to guests.
