Clean, quiet, good location.

The house was very quiet and clean, which is important to me. The only discouraging thing was that the fees were very expensive and almost totaled the amount I paid for the house. If I paid better attention, I probably would not have rented the house based on the cost of all the fees, which included an automatic damage fee of $59 and a $100 cleaning fee. Being by myself and someone that is very neat and mindful of someone’s property, this was a lot of money to pay.

Wonderful Month at "The Estate"

The month we spend here was very enjoyable. The "estate" was exceptionally clean. The beds were very comfortable and we were in a nice quite nieghbourhood. The kitchen was very well equipped and the home was spacious. Lynne was very approachable and prompt to respond to our questions. A great host! We were a short 3 minute drive to the beach but the challenge was to find parking or a 20 minute walk. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Lynne!

A real home away from home

We have had the privilege of staying at Lynne's properties before and did not hesitate to book with her again. She must have been a girl scout, because she literally thinks of every little thing that one might need. The home is spotless, comfy and the neighborhood is very quiet. It is walking distance to the beach. Thanks for a great stay & you know we'll be back

What a wonderful opportunity to stay in a traditional Florida home. This home is so well taken care of and ready for guests. Everything you need for a carefree vacation. Would highly recommend.

FANTASTIC last minute long weekend

I booked this property very last minute to make it to the funeral of a family member (while also intending to enjoy FL beaches during the trip) and I am so very glad I decided to book this location! We LOVED that it was within walking distance of Indian Rocks Beach, and the property was everything we could have asked for. The wagon, beach chairs and towels were so helpful. I would love to stay here again!

It was great, nice big T.V., super clean, excellent kitchen small appliances. The floors were immaculate. Parking was great. Close to alot of things to do. Beds were comfy. also having a washer and dryer on vacation is very convenient. Had no issues with anything while we were there. Property management was great.
