Great place to stay!

We loved our stay here! It is a great location - short walks to both the beach and Johns Pass. Rooms were spacious and clean, and we loved the tiki area and pool! Will definitely be back!

Get Away

Upon arrival it was so easy to access our cottage, it was clean plenty of room for my granddaughter and I. We loved the area the pool was nice and we had it to ourselves most of the time. We were able to bar b q which was really nice. I would suggest a few things like a full length mirror maybe on the closet door, and a few more Tupperware items for leftovers. The bed was really comfy! The windows weren’t locked like it states to do before leaving, and one came off the track but I reached out to management and they were there asap and I had them lock all the windows. I liked the fact it had an Alexa Dot for music and information. All in All I would definitely book here again!

Good time

Enjoyed our stay. Had it for 3 weeks and it met all of our needs. Walkable to beach and John's Pass. Husband was able to fish in the canal every day where he caught lots of small fish. Would definitely go back.

Lots of potential

The cottage was pretty small but adequate for two people. This rental has a lot of potential. Close 5 min walk to the beach. Beach chairs available to use. We liked the additional items available in the garage such as the bikes. However, we ran into several issues. The management team quickly responded but it would have been nice to have everything set up front. Ex: bike tires flat. Non working pump. Extra blanket was not clean. Outside light doesn’t work. Fire place didn’t work. No hot water in bathroom sink. Light/fan did not work in front room. BED WAS HARD AS A ROCK!

Fantasy cottage for 2

Our son went to camp so we saw an opportunity for some time away together. It was amazing. Close to the beach and walking distance to Johns pass. It was perfect.

Another great stay

Stay at the same complex last year and loved it. Was able to get this great cottage and cannot wait to come back. Great place, great amenities, absolutely fabulous distance to the beach!

Cute place

Place was nice but tiny. Ok for 2 only. Clean, but strange trash situation. Tiny bathroom, only 1 mirror throughout and tp could not be put on the wall. Pool was nice but small. Stay was pleasant, but for the price I would’ve expected more.

Wonderful Stay!

Our stay in Madeira Beach was absolutely wonderful, and the owners were a delight to work with. They were very responsive and provided us with whatever we needed. It was a very nice Christmas break for us thanks to the owners of this property. Thanks again to these fine owners.

Cute Cottage

Cute cottage in a neighborhood tucked back behind main road. Front porch and nicely done inside. Beach chairs,kayaks and bicycles included,short walk to beach and Johns Pass Village shopping. Good food and fun also close by.

Excellent getaway

Very relaxing atmosphere. Madeira Beach is a short walk across the street. We had access to bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, umbrellas & beach chairs, which made it super nice because we had no vehicle. The Johns Pass boardwalk was a 15 minute walk with all the water sport fun, food & shops. We truly enjoyed our time there.

Great Location!

This property was perfect for our girls trip to Madeira Beach. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was a close walk to the beach and to John’s pass. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

4 days before we got there, our reservation was changed.

I was really looking forward to having a courtyard, neighborhood and accessibility to bikes kayaks, etc for the days we chose to go to the beach. We were reassigned a 2 bedroom ' closer to the beach, no pool, limited space for entertaining, etc. We were told it was more updated and we wouldnt be charged extra because our original reservation wS undergoing remodeling City ordinance issues, etc. It was too late to change. The new location was across from the madiera public beach. While it was more convenient for the beach, there was a noisy bar next to it, garbage trucks woke us every day at 7 am. This would not have been a choice I would have made. Good points for well-stocked kitchen and in house washer dryer.. There were a few maintenance issues ...broken dishwasher, gnats from dirty screens, etc. I was honest in my evaluation as a landlord myself, however I probably won't rent a place from them again.

Great location

The cottages are in a great location! We would stay here again. Our friends booked a cottage as well. It was a great way to spend a vacation with others while also having our own space. The pool was a great touch. It’s small and shared with all of the cottages though. Some days we wouldn’t get a chance with all the kiddos running around. The location is top notch! You can walk to St Johns Pass and the beach. Some cottages have been updated and I’m sure the rest will be soon, since our original reservation had to change for maintenance reasons. I look forward to staying in an updated cottage soon!

Great Location!! Cute cottage!

We were the first people to rent this unit since the renovation. The cottage was very cute! Nice reno!! Because we were the first, there were a couple of issues to take care of. The first was the TV. The iTrip staff took care of this immediately by increasing the WIFI strength and then we were able to watch TV without the constant buffering. The matter of hot water was improved but wasn't what you would expect. In 2 weeks, I took only 2 HOT showers. The rest of the time the water was cold or was hot, cold, hot, cold, etc. An issue still to be resolved. Even with these problems, I LOVED the cottage! You can walk or ride a bike everywhere! Thanks for the use of the bikes!

Magic stay at the beach

We maybe drive our car once. ONCE— in a loooong, beautiful weekend here at Sea Grape. We were able and happy to walk everywhere— to the beach, to John’s Pass, to a lovely coffee shop up the road called “Sweet Brewnette!” And we walked to the little, private (though shared) pool. We walked out our bedroom and sat at the beautiful covered outdoor area to sit with a drink and read a book. We walked maybe ten steps out the same door to the fire pit one night and enjoyed the evening. We sat out front on the porch and waved at various people walking by, also on island time like us. We made tea in the well-stocked kitchen (and now I’m buying my own kettle because I enjoyed using their kettle so much!). We weren’t missing a single thing that we felt we needed in the whole place. The bathroom had no mirror— but the mirror outside the bathroom felt like it made more sense anyway since there was a little shelf to put makeup on or a hairbrush. We made wonderful memories and would recommend this place to anyone and everyone who loves a private, quiet, lovely getaway at the beaches.
