We had such a wonderful stay at this beachfront rental. Waking up to the sound of the waves and stepping right out onto the sand each morning was exactly what we needed. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we could possibly want for a relaxing getaway - well stocked doesn’t even do it justice!!  Literally need to bring your suitcase!Sunsets were unforgettable from the deck. It was the perfect place to unwind, spend time together, and just enjoy the ocean. The location was ideal: peaceful and private but still close to everything we wanted to eat!!  Seafood in MN just doesn’t hit the same.The hosts clearly take great care of the property and made the whole experience easy from booking to checkout. We would absolutely love the opportunity to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront escape- just not week I want - ha!  Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Paul,the host, is awesome to deal with…communications, response time to our questions, everything, just could not ask for anymore from Paul. The entire experience was great, amenities over the top and Condo is super nice and very clean. Location is perfect, white sandy beach is beautiful. Look forward to visiting Indians Shores again and again staying at this beautiful Condo! Thank you Paul.

We are family of (5) with (3) teenagers. This was by far one of our best Vrbo experiences. The condo was excellent and we loved the beachside decor. We enjoyed morning walks on the beach and beautiful sunsets in the evening. There are lots of fun things to do near by (kayaking, shelling etc) and we had everything we needed: pool, ocean views. towels, coffee, wifi, etc. Making everyone comfortable and content. Locating the property and parking was easy and convenient. Would love to visit again!

Paul's place was great! The townhome was clean and very well stocked. It was a pleasure to not have to worry about going to the grocery store for paper products or toiletries.The beach was beautiful and quiet. We all had a great time!

The Best VRBO Experience

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beachfront condo. From the moment we walked in, the views from both the main and top levels were incredible and the decor was spot on!Our host, Paul was fantastic- responsive, welcoming and invested in making our experience a memorable one. He clearly has pride in this property. The condo was stocked with everything we needed and then some: linens, beach towels, snacks, coffee, waters, beach toys and chairs, etc. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a VRBO experience that is above and beyond!

Amazing!

The condo was amazing, beautifully decorated and clean. Stocked with everything you could want-being just steps from the beach and pool doesn’t compare to most condos/houses or hotels. Host was very responsive, communicated well and was extremely welcoming! Would recommend this location and would love to return!

Wonderful townhouse in Indian Shores FL

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful beachfront townhouse. It deserves a rating of 6 on a 5-point scale. The townhouse is beautiful and fully equipped with everything you need for vacation. The beachfront location has direct access to the beach and great views from all levels. The host provides those little things (laundry detergent, trash bags, zip lock bags) that you often find going to the store to pick up.

Amazing place, wonderful owner

This place really is amazing. It is beautiful, clean, and the location is sensational - right on the beach as described. The house is well stocked with all the comforts of home. Paul couldn’t have been nicer or more responsive. One of the best places we have rented (we have rented many) and definitely the best host. As I told Paul, the only problem with the place is you won’t want to leave!

Heaven on Earth

This property is spectacular! I rent VRBO-listed properties 2-3 times a year, on average, and this townhome is my new favorite, hands down. To start, the location is wonderful: beachfront within an intimate grouping of privately-owned, well-maintained townhomes in beautiful Indian Shores. You walk out the first floor deck, go down the stairs and are either at the pool or just steps from a beautiful beach & the Gulf. Out the front door (the other direction) and a brief walk away, you'll find a bustling local coffee shop and also a delicious seafood restaurant (Salt Rock Grill). Numerous other wonderful local eating establishments are a short drive away, as are grocery stores and a Starbucks if you can't do without your daily cup. But the best part is the interior - wow! So tastefully decorated with an eye toward comfort and a touch of beachfront whimsy. The owners were incredibly thoughtful in the countless conveniences they had on hand for their renters (e.g. fully stocked bathrooms and kitchen, a wonderful supply of high quality bath and beach towels, numerous beach chairs and water toys, charcoal grill with charcoal & lighting fluid supplied, both a traditional and a single-serve coffee maker, etc.). Very useful directions in their renters' instructions on how to use various features of the unit, including pictorial guidance for the TV remotes (much appreciated since we were there during the college Bowl season!). The beds are very comfortable - a real treat. My family members enjoyed that each bedroom had access to its own bathroom, in the way the floorplan is laid out. The master provides privacy in case you need a little quiet time in the midst of your holiday, with its own deck. The sunsets experienced there are hard to describe - every evening is like a new show. You'll find yourself scheduling that part of your day around being either on the beach or on the deck to drink it in (my friends at home finally asked me to stop sending daily pics - too much of a tease). I give this property my highest recommendation. We'll definitely be back!
