    - 300 👣from the beach with no roads to cross, on the sand! Convenient boardwalk leads out to the beach steps from the front of house.

    This beach house works well for multi-generation families, small groups (girlfriends' getaway), couples traveling together, kids of all ages!
    -The spacious master bedroom features a queen bed and flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom.
    -The second bedroom is large and features a queen bed and flat screen TV.
    -The third bedroom has a full size bunk on top and full size bunk on bottom with a pull out twin trundle and a large flat screen Smart TV.
    -Laundry room with washer and dryer
    A pack and play and highchair is available for little ones at no charge.

    Unlike many beach side properties this one features a large parking area with room for six cars.
    A car is nice to have to see attractions further inland but guests without a car can take the Suncoast Trolley (trolley stop is a few steps from the front of the house)
    up and down the Pinellas County beaches from Clearwater Beach to St. Pete Beach. Indian Shores features dedicated walking and separate bike path lanes.
    There's plenty within a 2 mile radius - ice cream shops, Smugglers Cove mini golf, the seabird sanctuary, and tons of great restaurants. By car the house is 5 minutes from a Publix; Target and numerous other stores are all within a 15 minute drive.
    We love spending time at 'Three Mermaids and a Crab' and hope you will, too!

This was our 3rd time staying here. We love how close it is to the beach, and close it is to restaurants.The home is very clean.Having the private pool is icing on the cake.

We had a fabulous stay at Three Mermaids and a Crab! Extremely clean property, had everything that we needed. Pool was amazing and close beach and trolley access were a huge plus. Would love to visit again!

Heated pool was great! Had a couple cold days over spring break but kids could still swim in the warm pool. Great location not far from restaurants and easy short walk to beach.

Excellent Gulf beach location

We enjoyed our stay at 3 Mermaids and a Crab over New Year's, especially its proximity to the beach and of course the wonderful heated pool. It was the perfect property for our multi-generational family vacation—highly recommended!

Wonderful Indian Shores Beach House!

We had an amazing stay! Super close to the beach and an amazing pool!We love your Beach House! The three mermaids and a crab is forever in our memory. We will definitely be coming back!

The house (very clean), furnishings (updated), and pool were exactly as pictured. The host, Steven, was very helpful with questions. The location was terrific, walked to the beach (expansive sand) in minutes without crossing a street, and no crowds. Dining, grocery, mini golf (pricey, but impressive layout) and ice cream shops mostly walkable or few minutes by car. Visited attractions in Tampa, St. Pete and Clearwater with 30 - 45 minute travel time. Very enjoyable for entire family, grandparents, parents and 8 year old grandson! Definitely a keeper!

Everything was fantastic, loved the upgrades in the house from last year.We love the cleanliness of the house the proximity to the bench, the pool, and our favorite places to eat ( except dockside Dave's --which hasn't reopened yet ) already looking forward to next year!

I was really impressed with this place. Everything was clean, tidy, and cozy. I loved that they had all Samsung appliances because we do too at home. The fridge has a water jug you can fill up your water bottles, which is nice. I do wish there were lamps in the bedrooms and that the king-sized bed was in the master bedroom. But seriously, this place was truly everything I imagined for us as a family of 5 (2 6-year-olds and a 7-year-old). The saltwater pool was smaller than I expected but was truly perfect for what we needed. We spent a lot of time in there. Also, being within walking distance to the beach was amazing. Every morning we went for a stroll on the beach to collect seashells. The host was also very available. I would absolutely love to revisit this house next year! Thank you for everything.

Week Away

This property is great! The home is neat & cozy with plenty of room for all. We spent a good bit of time out by the pool and were just steps from the beach. It was a great place to get away from regular life for a bit!
