The Dockside #202 was beyond our expectations! We loved proximity to everything, large unit, extra amenities provided. Bryan was great host and communicated places to eat we all loved! Will stay here again anc hope to return soon!

One of the best VRBO stats we’ve ever had. Wonderful condo layout provided lots of room and privacy for everyone. The owner was incredible and helped us find all the right restaurants and excursions during our stay. Would highly recommend a tiki boat tour and fishing. Access to the condo’s dock is incredible and provides such convenience for excursions (we were picked up off our own dock). Just a great week.

Clearwater beach

Great place, better than advertised. Clean and up to date. Owner met us in lot gave us a tour and answered all questions. Condo was large, modern and comfortable. Exquisitely decorated and had all of the little things you need for the beach but don’t want to carry with you. Better then advertised and a must see place.

Amazing condo in a beautiful lication

Bryan was a great host. The condo was in a great location overlooking the bay and minutes from the beach. The interior of the condo was beautifully decorated with plenty of space for my entire family.

5 Star Accommodations

Fantastic Property! Fantastic property manager and owner. The property is better then the pictures. The attention to detail and communication was top notch. We were a group of 4 couples we all had plenty of room. Everything you need is already at the condo including beach towels, chairs and umbrella. We had an issue with the grill at the complex and the owner was on site in 15 mins figured out a work around and had a new grill the next day. He also showed up to drop off donuts on a morning that was a little colder then normal figuring no one was running out the door. This is the attention to detail you get here. Best Rental Yet!

Family Reunion

We booked this house for a sibling get together. The description and photos of the home were accurately listed. Our host met us at the home and pointed out the items for beach visits, amenities that were included with the home, and places to eat and things to do in the area. The home was a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping areas. We sat out on the patio in the morning and watched the dolphins that were in the bay. I would definitely recommend Dockside to anyone who plans to visit the Clearwater Beach area.

Great for 8 and beautiful view!

Very well appointed home with rooms that were cozy and comfortable. Welcome pkg of snacks, coffee, and water were very much appreciated. Well stocked kitchen with spices, utensils, dishware, blender, toaster, etc. Publix grocery store and Costco nearby. But I have to say that the host was the best host I’ve ever had at any vrbo stay. It was very cold when we arrived and Bryan made sure we were co fortable and provided us with heater and extra blankets. He greeted us at checkin and gave us a very informative orientation and allowed us an early checkin and late checkout since the reservations were such that it allowed us to. Whatever you need don’t hesitate to ask! Yes, he’s that kind of host that even checks up on you before you even have to ask. Definitely going to keep this place in mind for future visit. The room with two queens is where we slept and it was a bit soft to my liking but still comfy. Didn’t wake up with any pains. The master was perfect and my sister mentioned how well she slept in that bed. Remaining beds were also on soft side but everyone seemed comfortable. Wish we could’ve taken advantage of beach gear, pool, and fishing poles but it was just too cold.

This is definitely the best Condo to stay at in Clearwater The unit was immaculate Anything we could think of needing was already there The owner, Bryan, was totally available for any questions and stopped by shortly after we arrived to make sure all was ok The view was great and location perfect The unit unquestionably deserves a "10" TMC Utica, NY.

WOW - Just WOW!

This condo was wonderful. Spotless clean. So much room. EVERYTHING we needed was provided and in great condition. Owner was extremely helpful and very available. We saw dolphins from the windows and on the patio. The beach equipment was great including the new cart. And the beach - spectacular! We will be back - we love Clearwater Beach!

Owner Bryan was wonderful, out of all the places my family and I have rented we never had the owner greet us at the place and let us know about the area and his own book on different things to do. The personal touch was just wonderful. The place had everything we needed for the beach, fishing. It was a beautiful water view for morning coffee on the balcony. The condo was immaculate and I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends, and will be renting it again. Thank you Bryan for everything.

We loved or condo and location. We could walk everywhere. Anytime we needed anything the owner was quick to respond. The pool was out of commission but we were a ble to use one across the street. We really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Unit and Area

The property was as described, very clean, lots of beach stuff to use, nice area, easy walk to everywhere. Roof was being repaired while we were there but it didn't bother us, the workers were very nice. Did see dolphins right near the dock and went out fishing one day with Captain Scott www. FCWIS.com who came and picked us up and dropped us off at the dock and cleaned the fish we kept. Very convenient. Bryan Sykes very accommodating and wants to make sure everything provides for a perfect stay. And a perfect stay we did have! Would rent this unit again.

Beautiful spot, super clean and spacious for 7 adults. Everything needed to live comfortably is supplied by owner. Close to beach, restaurants, they deliver groceries and Grubhub right to the elevator door. Five stars from “Moms from RI”.

Best Friends Getaway to the Beach!

The best beach house I have ever visited!!

Amazing stay at dockside house! We had everything we need. We literally felt at home.The house was impeccable clean, The check in process was simple and fast, Bryan is a very kind person, he even welcomed us and gave us excellent recommendations about places we could visit, the best restaurants around. The house is only one block from the beach! It was the best vacation ever.
