The only complaint I would say would be the condo sleeps 6 but only had 4 washcloths but we did purchase some for use while there. We had 2 issues come up during our stay with things in the condo but the company was quick to fix. Loved the balcony and condo in general

Property in desperate need of maintenance and updates. Beds were terrible. Unit was not clean fully. Main slider to balcony would not close properly, letting in a lot of hot air and whistled in the wind. Maintenance never showed to fix it. Location was great, overall amenities were good. I would stay on this property again, but never again in this unit.

Unfortunately our room was ready for hours but we had to wait for the final check on the cleaning. Which never happened floor were dirty, orange fibers everywhere, second bedroom had old scratchy sheets.

Great location! Walking distance to shops- restaurants- Walmart is 8 min away! Very clean unit! Only downfall is common areas require key access- this is very inconvenient when you have 6 people staying in one unit and two keys only to access stairwell/elevators- should suggest keypad entries like into this unit! Master bedroom doesn't get as cool as other areas- but there is a fan you can use. Mattress is master bedroom needs replaced- when your sitting on side of bed you fall off because it's worn out. Kitchen supplies are adequate for small meal cooking. Laundry is in bedroom with bunk beds_ unable to do laundry when people are sleeping because of how loud it is- just did laundry during day. Minimal bath towels and washcloths supplied so need to do laundry regularly for those. Two beach chairs supplied in unit. Overall nice place and would definitely stay here again!

Great vacation!

Perfect condo! Updated, comfortable, clean, lots of space. Loved lanai - huge with comfortable table and chairs and adirondak chairs, plus screened in. Condo also very quiet. Returning next year for sure!

Great Sunsets

Very clean condo, nice upgrades, comfortable beds and furniture. Fabulous sunsets and could not be more convenient to beach, just steps away!! Met some nice folks staying there as well. Did sunset cruise out of John's pass which included beer and wine and great music! Great group on the boat and a young couple got engaged. Rented beach chairs & umbrella which was lovely, although the lounge chairs at condo common area were very comfortable too!

Beach life

Overall view was fantastic and the living area was clean and comfortable. The condo itself needs maintenance. The sliding glass doors in living area need to be replaced or fixed, weather stripping bad far right side. Aloud a lot of humidity in room, this made air conditioner work very hard. All vents sweated terrible! Someone really needs to address those concerns, Thank you

Overall, this condo was worth the money, primarily because of its unbeatable location. The beach access was excellent, making it easy to enjoy the ocean without a long walk or drive. The covered parking spot inside the gated area was a huge plus and provided extra convenience and security. Everything we needed was nearby, including restaurants, shops, and attractions. There is also a great ice cream shop directly across the street. For the price and the number of bedrooms, this property offered a lot of value and was definitely a great deal.That said, the unit itself could benefit from some maintenance and updates. The photos online were somewhat deceiving, as the condo appeared more modern and updated in the listing than it did in person. There were three large areas in the flooring that were cracked and beginning to cave in. The pantry closet door would not stay closed and appeared to need repair as well.The bathrooms did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival, as there was hair still stuck to the walls.The kitchen was also lacking in basic utensils, cookware, and dishes. The railing on the top bunk bed is cracked, and I would not feel comfortable allowing a child to sleep there. The oven repeatedly shut off and turned back on while cooking, making meal preparation frustrating. whenever the microwave light was turned on, a plastic burnt smell filled the condo. Linens were clean but stained.

Great stay!

Let me begin by saying the accommodations were wonderful! We so enjoyed the panoramic views of the ocean. The sunsets are breathtaking and believe me you won’t want to miss any of them. The condo is clean and very nice. It was more than roomy and perfect for us!!! Just a few things to be aware of and was told it was in the disclaimer but the pool was not ready. That was disappointing but I got over it because the area sustained so much damage from back to back hurricanes . The other mention is that every night we had no signal on the TV so we couldn’t watch television but we managed with out phone and laptop. Other than those 2 minor inconveniences our stay was perfect! Thank you for everything and hopefully we will see you again when everything is up and running.

Just the Bare Minimum

The check in was a gaggle. The unit pretty clean, gorgeous ocean view. AC was loud, temp gauge was dysfunctional. But, loud washer and dryer inside a bedroom. One pillow, one sheet one bedspread per. No basics supplies. NONE. Not even salt & pepper. Most places w a little sense of. Customer service have condiments, beach towels, etc. Nothing here. Over priced.

Wonderful location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the most fabulous stay at Villa Madeira 305! The view is exceptional! The condo was clean and comfortable for our group of 4. The building is located right across from the cutest little breakfast/lunch spot called ‘The Sweet Brewnette’. We enjoyed walking on the beach every morning finding all kinds of shells and sea life and heading across the street for breakfast. ‘The Candy Store’ is also right across the street with all your old fashioned candies,fudge and ice cream! It’s a short walk to John’s Pass with great shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed lunch on the boardwalk there and observed dolphins playing in the bay!

Conveniences or lack of

Awesome view of Gulf. Nice balcony. For those flying in, do not stay here if you want chairs, beach towels and beach things for the kids Air went out twice One bath towel per person that we had to wash several times in our week stay with detergent we had to buy. No dish washing liquid, 3 dishwashing tabs for week stay 2 garbage bags for week stay with 5 people Key for everything was annoying for 5 people Just need to be a bit more accommodating. Otherwise clean property with great location.

Resort Rentals team was helpful and easy to work with, location was perfect, and the unit was in great condition. Lovely furniture, well equipped kitchen, mostly updated, and clean. Amazing view from living area and master bedroom, lots of closet space, and well equipped with linens, fans, and amenities. Also within walking distance of many shops & restaurants. Best of all was that the beach was not overcrowded and is very well maintained. The building has a nice, decent-sized pool and a veranda with lots of lounge chairs if you prefer not to be on the sand. If I knew I would be working from home again next year, I would have rebooked for next year.

Beautiful View, Nice Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view at this condo was great and that's what I expected to pay for. Inside is partially updated. Might be time for new carpeting or tile. There's room for a few people, comfortably, even though it was just the two of us. Easy access to the beach, pool and patio. You do need a key to access everything, but good security measures. Walking distance to John's Pass. The elevator was down for part of a day. Some minor repairs are needed, like a carpet strip from the master bath to the bedroom, the tacks are sticking through and get stepped on, Ouch, I layered a small towel over the area for the duration of our stay. Overall price was right for the view and the access to the beach, which was our number one goal for this vacation.
