We had an excellent stay! The condo was exactly as promised. Very clean and up to date with every thing we needed. The balcony will have us returning as we watched every sunset. The property manager was friendly, provided detailed instructions and was prompt to answer a question. I can tell you honestly that we do not have one complaint. I can highly recommend the unit and we hope to be back. For future travelers, we spent most of our visit at John's Pass for restaurants, shopping a boat ride to Shell Key island.

I’ve been staying at Villa Madeira for YEARS and this was by far my favorite room. Not only did they have absolutely everything you’d need for a perfect beach day ( chairs, umbrellas, toys, boards ) they also had a fully stocked kitchen with a portable highchair. The property manager is also amazing and was so helpful. Already planning our next stay!!!

Beautiful Unit, Property still under construction

We loved the unit: clean, updated, beautifully decorated, well stocked with all essentials, and loved the under the building parking. The balcony is wonderful, although the screen distorts the view a bit. The only other odd thing was the 3rd bedroom doesn't have a window. Eric was great at communicating and the check-in and out process was smooth and easy. After booking the unit several months ago, the property was sold. The new owners were amazing at communicating and extremely helpful with the rebooking process. The only problem was, prior to the sale, the listing was not accurate. Due to the previous hurricane, the property is still undergoing a large amount of construction. The workers were polite and that wasn't much of an issue. It was neat to see how much was accomplished in the 4 days we were there. The problem was, we were unaware until 2 weeks prior to the trip that the pool was out of commission as repairs to it hadn't even begun. This was not the new owners' fault as they had been told that everyone was aware. I only realized it because I looked back at the listing to see what type of coffee pot was there. We were very disappointed as we like to hit the beach and then cool off at the pool before heading to clean up for dinner. That was the fault of the previous owner, though. A year from now this wouldn't matter, but for anyone looking to book in the next month or two, you'll want to keep that under consideration, and it is now in the listing.

Great condo and location! We were a short walk from John’s Pass and only a few steps to the beach each day, so lots to do and see. The condo suited our group with comfy beds and a large dining area for meals. Great communication with the owner as well as the property manager!

Amazing Stay

We had an amazing stay! The condo had everything we needed to have a great beach vacation. Plenty of toys, chairs, and umbrellas to use. The condo was very clean and welcoming and comfortable. Location was perfect too! Close to the grocery stores, mini golf, John's Pass and so much more! Again, it was an amazing stay and we can't wait to go back!

Home away from home

Like new condition, well stocked kitchen, extra linens, towels and laundry supplies. Communication w/John was great. Easy check in and check out. Any questions I had were answered immediately. Booked again next year!

NO POOL SINCE HURRICANE IN OCTOBER 2024

NO FUNCTIONAL POOL as of March 2025. I chose location in January due to pool photos and description. Condo development is an active construction zone, being painted, pool is mostly empty with some dirty rain water at the bottom, no patio area, and has wood in place of windows in the lobby. Contacted owner at check in about pool. Per owner, since the hurricane (October 2024), “the whole area is pool less.” Contacted Vrbo after check out to let them know about inaccurate listing. Listing still has a pool in description and photos. Location was easy walk out to beach. Clean. Look for any reviews of this place since hurricane in October 2024 for updated status of building/pool. Disappointed kids.
