We could not have asked for a better stay. Lyn was so warm and friendly. We felt like we had known her forever. We had a wonderful time in IRB. This rental had it all from arrival onward. The refrigerator/cubboards were stocked with essentials, so make sure you stop first to see what you need before shopping. Lynn had pastries waiting for us the first morning and then made a pizza for us later in the week. The bed was perfectly comfortable. Coffee in the morning looking out on the water included dolphins almost every day. Lynn and Frank went above and beyond to ensure we had an excellent stay. The best hosts we have had yet. Look no further you have found the one!!

Touch of paradise

Frank, Lyn, & Luna Kisses! What a beautiful week full of sunshine, hospitality & friendship! We have traveled the country and hands down our favorite stay has been at the Villa @ Indian Rocks Beach. Frank and Lyn’s individualized attention to detail made us feel so special and important. They made sure our boat was safe, my sunburn had fresh Aloe and we were spoiled with homemade Pizza and Freshly picked Mangos. The unit was so clean, comfortable and a spectacular view of the water and sun rise each morning. Many areas to relax and enjoy the outside or if you choose to be a little more active they had all the toys to play in the water or take a tour to see the neighborhood. A short two block walk to Indian Rock Beach to splash in the waves, watch the sunset and enjoy some great food and fun at the local restaurants is a must also. We found a touch of paradise and for sure will be back to enjoy. Thank you for a fantastic week.

Beautiful Property and Wonderful Hosts

The property was absolutely wonderful! Beautiful sunrises right off the dock and a short walk to the beach. Multiple restaurants were also within walking distance. They supplied everything we could possibly need which allowed for a very relaxing vacation. The views from the dock were amazing and we were able to see dolphins swim by multiple times. The place was spacious, very clean, and beautifully decorated. Lynn and Frank were so hospitable and friendly! We plan to return on our next vacation.

Amazing Place in IRB!

Frank and Lyn are amazing hosts! Very accommodating and thoughtful by providing everything we needed for our stay and then some! Lyn’s pizza was absolutely one of the best pizzas we ever had and the villa was spotless! Great location to see dolphins and conveniently close to many things! From the minute we arrived Frank and Lyn made us feel at home … They go above and beyond for their guests , so many extras … The location … perfect … we ended our days sitting on our deck overlooking the intercostal , watching the dolphins 💕 The house was beautiful … very nicely stocked , far better than any place we’ve stayed ! And, the mattress!! Soooooo comfortable! I wanted to bring it home with me ! Lol They made us pizza one night … the best pizza we’ve ever had !!! We left our beloved pets home with our pet sitter .., always tough for me… Frank and Lyn had no problems sharing their pup Luna with us … she is positively the cutest 💕 We cannot wait to go back … we got there as strangers , we left with new friends

Best house and hosts EVER

This house is nothing but perfect!!! Location was great, house beautiful, backyard and dock amazing!! The hospitality from the hosts had to be the best part though. They were there to answer any questions and ask us if we needed anything at all! They made us pizza one night and it was outstanding!! They offered us to stay all day on the last day of our stay but we sadly had to leave early in the AM. Their dog Luna was such a joy to be around! Overall if you are looking at this rental and thinking about booking, just do it!! We are already talking about coming back for many more stays. Thank you Lyn and Frank for being such amazing hosts. Hope to see you guys again soon!

A week in heaven

Villa da Golfo exceeded all of our expectations. It is really a slice of heaven. It doesnt matter where you sit in the backyard, the view and serenity are beyond words. Everything you could want from fishing poles, paddle boards, to games and beach accessories. The inside of the Villa was so eloquently decorated and furnished with everything we needed and more. Our hosts, Lyn and Frank could not do enough for us. They are incredible people, Much more than just hosts and made us feel so welcome from the minute they greeted us at our car when we arrived and we fell jn love with their Dog Luna the instant we met. I could go on and on but this beautiful Villa will be our vacation spot forever and ever! Nothing else will ever compare.

10/10 recommended staying here - The absolute BEST hosts & we will be back!

Prompt response from the moment we booked the trip. We arrived with our favorite coffee waiting in the fridge. The entire place was spotless, clean and beautiful! We saw dolphins everyday in the bay and the beach in super close. They provided all the beach supplies which made relaxing on the beach even better. I can’t hardly express how wonderful Lyn and Frank are as people and hosts. They brought us not one but TWO homemade pizzas as well as seafood appetizers baked in cute sea shells! My husband and I booked this trip last minute, very spontaneous and they made it unforgettable for us. The type of people you meet and will never forget. Even woke up at 6am just to say goodbye and give us big hugs. We will 100% be going back and staying here again. Thank you Lyn & Frank for everything!!!

Home Away from Home

We immediately felt comfortable upon arrival. Lyn and Frank have created a little piece of Heaven in Villa al Golfo. Sparkling clean, well stocked with essentials, the property has everything you need for a fun relaxing stay. After unpacking, we enjoyed being outside enjoying the views of the intercostal waterway. The sunrise views are incredible. But, what makes this condo special are the hosts, Lyn and Frank. When we left, we felt like we were saying good bye to family. Thats how warm and caring they are. The property location is perfect. Quiet but close to everything. Beach is walking distance. We enjoyed our morning walks. Great restaurants nearby. We look forward to returning. Thank you again Lyn and Frank for welcoming us into to your home and please give Luna a kiss from us.

What a comfortable place to vacation!

We enjoyed a wonderful 10 days in Lyn and Frank's condo. It was very roomy, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. My husband really enjoyed the fishing out back, and I loved the two way fireplace between the living room and outdoor seating area. Lyn and Frank are lovely people, and they are dedicated to making your stay special. The excellent homemade pizza was a real bonus!

Lyn and Frank are the best hosts

Lyn and Frank are the most wonderful hosts. The property is amazing, the unit is beautiful and immaculate. Lyn made us homemade pizza and Frank even buffed out a scratch on our van. Family Florida Holiday

After 10 days in Disney this place is perfect to relax and chill. Lyn and Frank are fantastic hosts (the cake and pizza were a lovely touch) and we all enjoyed the paddle board and canoe and also body boards in the sea just a couple of minutes walk. Villa al Golfo is a peice of PARADISE!!! It has the PERFECT LOCATION and the villa it self is GEORGOUSLY BEAUTIFUL!!! Excellent property! Clean with loads of extras!

This property was a dream. We were traveling with our 3 month old at the time and the property owner made sure to make us as comfortable as possible, providing a pack and play, baby blanket, and everything we needed for a trip to the beach (including beach towels). She even made us pizza one night which was incredible(she even made one specialty when she learned we didn't eat dairy)!! The parking space provided was right next to our rental unit which made loading and unloading the baby and luggage simple and convenient. The beach is just a couple minute walk across the road too! Perfect location! I was so worried about the property being clean for our little one...but when we arrived I was so relieved. This place is spotless. Fully loaded kitchen, laundry and even a stocked fridge upon our arrival. Beautifully decorated and updated (pictures teuly don't do it justice). Plenty of space to hang out and visit with our family. We even sat out on the dock one evening to relax and enjoy the beautiful water and scenery. The property owners allowed us to check in a little early since our flight arrived in the morning. And they even offered for us to stay as long as we needed the day of check out. There was no stress with check out either (no lengthy lists of things to do before leaving - just pack up and go)! I truly cant say enough about this property. We will definitely be staying here again!

Lovely stay and extremely helpful hosts !

This was a beautiful property to stay in! It was clean, spacious and had a beautiful view from the back yard. The owners were very helpful throughout our stay- advised us on places to eat, were quick to respond when we messaged them and even made us home made pizza! This stay was perfect and I highly recommend it to couples who are looking to stay in the area.

A Slice of Heaven

I recently had the opportunity to spend one full week at this lovely property, Villa al Golfo, offered by Lyn and Frank. I could not have been happier with my choice in choosing this beautiful Oasis! After a long day/night of travel, I was greeted by a welcoming message, snacks and a refrigerator stocked with items that would sustain me until I could get to the grocery store. Immediately, I loved everything about this slice of Heaven! The Villa is located in a wonderful neighborhood. It is private and safe with a locked gated entry. The photos and detailed overview are spot on! What is not to love! The decor, the most comfortable bed, the sheets; so soft and wonderful! Truly, ALL of the comforts of home. However, it gets better! The owners/hosts, Lyn and Frank! They are kind and generous beyond words. They love their home and it quickly became apparent to me that they love sharing it with others! I knew they were a “text message” away if and when I needed something. Although I was very busy while there in IRB, so much to see and do; sunrises on the dock with a cup of coffee, sunsets on the beach, shopping, enjoying the vast selection of restaurants and cafes, I managed to carve out time to simply enjoy the beauty and relaxation that the Villa had offered to me. Truly, one week spent in Paradise! There is nothing that would stop me from choosing this property again!

Best Hosts & Wonderful Location

Lyn & Frank truly helped make the experience unforgettable! We got in late and Lyn brought us down homemade pizzas so we wouldn't have to go out after a long day of traveling. Not only was the gesture sweet, the pizza was delicious. They also left some gelato in the Freezer for me as we were on our babymoon!! Even being pregnant the 3 block walk to the beach was extremely convenient. Great pastry & lunch place nearby! I got sunburnt and they made sure to bring me down aloe from their plant! The rental was gorgeously decorated and even more beautiful view of the canal than I imagined. The bed also slept like a dream. Truly a blessing to meet two people so genuinely caring and nice, we are certainly not used to getting that sort of service. We would definitely stay again and wouldn't mind sharing a bottle of wine and their company either!!! Even though they were so attentive we never once felt crowded or impeded on for our personal space during our get away. Can't speak anymore highly of our stay or the hosts! Definitely would recommend! If you don't want to the hustle and bustle of Clearwater, don't look any further! Book Now! Thanks again!!! It was a real pleasure and a much needed break. Your generosity and caring hearts helped set the pace for our much needed vacation.
