Great Location

We came down in order for our daughter to attend a camp at the aquarium. 10 minute drive over - except on weekend was @25 but not bad. Condo was perfect , very nice and lots of room. They have it set up perfect!!

Great Getaway

This was a great property and was exactly as advertised. It was well stocked with kitchen and beach equipment. All the light switches were labeled which was much appreciated. The owner was very attentive.

Condo with all the luxuries of home!

This property is very nicely decorated with new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen and living room are open concept and the screened room is perfect for early morning coffee or dinner in the evening. The electronic recliners were a nice surprise! The two bedrooms each have a bathroom on opposite ends of the condo providing privacy at the end of the day. This unit is equipped with everything you'll need including beach chairs and a cooler. I stayed here with my sister and felt very safe. This is a "home away from home"! We truly enjoyed our stay!

Great adult getaway

First time using Vrbo, and I am very pleased! Property was gorgeous and just as described and pictured. Close to pool and within 3 mi of everything you would need and like to visit. The patio was one of my favorite things! So peaceful and private and basically good weather to enjoy all day! It may seem cheesy, but everything was labeled which made turning on lights, etc easier. I may just book here again for next years trip. Loved it!

Amazing condo and owners

We have had stayed at the Avalon several times at different condos and we have found this to be the best, from unit access, communicating with owners throughout our stay, extremely clean, well equipped in kitchen and bathrooms.

Home Away From Home

We had an enjoyable week staying at this condo. It was comfortable and perfect all around. The pictures do not do it justice! The owners did an excellent job with communication throughout the entire process. Highly recommend this condo and look forward to staying there again.

Florida vacation

This was our first vacation in Florida and let me tell you that renting this condo was the easiest for my family. We drove from Oklahoma and when we arrived close to midnight and had to call Wayne he was the most helpful host and stayed on the phone with us from letting us in the front gate, as we drove to our building, and then making sure our code allowed us to get in the condo. When we entered the condo it was so clean and organized and all we had to do was unpack and relax. We were only a 10 minute drive to the beach and it was very easy to find. You’re still very close to grocery stores and restaurants plus there was a restaurant within walking distance called Abe’s Grill that we visited twice it was so good. There are no stairs to navigate which is a plus. Thank you Wayne for letting our family stay in your condo and would happily recommend it.

Outstanding vacation home

We had a terrific two week stay at this exceptional vacation condo at the Avalon and look forward to a return visit. The home was beautifully furnished and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, and very clean. Our host Wayne was friendly, responsive, and always helpful. We enjoyed the resort style pool on premises that was just steps away from our front door, and because we love the wonderful beaches in the area appreciated the beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and cooler that was available for our use. The property is in a great location close to area attractions, beaches, the Pinellas Trail, stores, and excellent restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and highly recommend this delightful vacation home!

Clearwater near the beach

The cono was well designed for privacy even though it was not an extremely large living area. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to work in. More than adequate seating for dining! The patio/porch was comfortable and peaceful for relaxing. The location is handy for dining, shopping and beach going . Wayne was attentive to our needs and I'm sure if we needed something he would have provided it but everything was great as it was!

Great Location, Great Pool, Up to Date Property

We had a great time here. The property is well maintained and the condo is up to date, and has a cozy, comfortable feel. Convenient 1st floor location. The pool is very large and is well protected from the breeze on 4 sides. Close to lots of shopping and restaurants and only about 10 minutes from Clearwater beach.

Family vacation. 2 adults, 2 children

We had a wonderful stay at the Avalon. Condo was as pictured in the website. Condo was fully stocked with anything we could have needed to cook, clean, or go to the beach. Our children really enjoyed the pool. We will be visiting again next summer!
