Great house, amazing views. The home had all basic home amenities however only towels for the beach - chairs and umbrellas need to be brought (FYI). Loved the location and views. Pool table and jacuzzi were great additions.

The Turtleback Beach house was perfect for our family of 7! The large family room, kitchen, dining area was very nice. Having 2 refrigerators was also a bonus for our family. The pool table was enjoyable as well as the hot tub. We enjoyed the view of the gulf & the beach area was very private it is a deep beach, so be prepared for a walk to the ocean. There are many local restaurants that are close by & have a variety of seafood to order from. 10/10 for this beach house!! We will definitely be back!

Can’t beat the great location it’s wonderful for a family gathering however our walk through check in upon arrival left us with concerns over its need for attention and maintenance / management made a concerted effort to resolve issues We overcame them and had a wonderful vacation

The house is very good ! Furniture is old but for a few days there’s no problem ! All mattresses are uncomfortable! Should be replaced! And Gulf of America is awesome !

Would Love to grow older Here!

I wish we were not getting older, so we could visit this beach house every year!!!! It is superb! The house is wonderful: clean, well supplied, spacious, great communal areas, play areas, quiet time areas. A great walking or swimming beach. Kitchen and dining table great for the whole family. Such wonderful views and the sound of the surf just soothed my soul lying on a chaise lounge on the upper balcony.!! Areas of sun and shade. Some great birds to entertain as well, the parrots! Terrific location on the beach and to groceries and bridge access. It is a great place to watch beach life rain or shine. We will all remember our times there! Thanks to All who enabled our visit!!!!

Gorgeous get away!!!

Joanie the property manager was great. Well appointed kitchen, 3 refrigerators, comfortable beds and great beach. Tons of lounging areas inside and out. Couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Thanksgiving on Treasure Island

Great property for a Thanksgiving celebration with 8 adults and 4 children. Access to the beach was excellent. Accommodations were great. Kitchen was spacious and well stocked. Plenty of room at the dining room and in the living room. Bedrooms/bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. Driveway is short and right off busy road way -- so take care when exiting.

Beautiful in so many ways: the house fantastic, the location very convenient (walked to Publix for very little exercise! so close), the beach fantastic and we're grateful we had wonderful weather for the whole week - I swam every morning and the family played in the calm waters morning and evening! We're so grateful for a great family reunion!! Thanks to Beach House Rentals, VRBO and Mother Earth!!

Lovely Getaway

We had a wonderful time at this property! Very spacious and accommodates a big group. The view from the balcony was amazing and access to the private beach was a super quick and easy short walk. Quick walk to beach bars / restaurants too! The beds are VERY comfortable. Would highly recommend staying at this property.

Christmas on the beach

Great location and accommodation is well set out and stocked for a large group. Property manager was really helpful and easy to get a hold off when we ran into a problem. Overall I’d give 4..75 We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and my only small ask would be better access to a spare key for the property.

Heavenly Vacation Spot

The house was amazing! We thought it looked better than the photos. A sweet little path to the beach. Ocean was very calm and beautiful and great for just standing in and swimming and playing. We had planned on doing a lot of activities outside of the condo and beach, but ended up only going out for a couple of meals we were so happy in the house and beach! The views of the ocean from the first and second floor balconies was wonderful! Lots of amenities like beach towels and stuff. Kitchen had more amenities and gadgets than anywhere I've rented and there were two fridges and two ovens. Joanie was fantastic to deal with. Only complaint is sometimes the water didn't get very hot. A perfect place to relax and enjoy beautiful scenery in a beautiful house!

So disappointed

We were a party of 9 - ages 3-70 . One bath no hot water - 2 baths water so hot it was dangerous. Rusted screws and nails in the sand. Roaches in the drawers. Freeze drawer frozen shut. Unable to close the front door at night because knob was broken. Wet towels in the closet. Patio doors were very difficult to close. Beach toys and equipment rusted Yes I called maintenance they came twice. I tried contacting customer service for 10 days - no answer - no return calls - so disappointed -

Great Family Vacation

The house and location were perfect for our large Family. The only negative was that we left our tent on the beach overnight, and in the morning, it was gone. We were told that warning signs were posted, but we didn't see them. Everything for an enjoyable stay was provided. Thank you

Blissful stay at the beach

My family and I are all from Florida or have spent tons of time at Florida beaches, mostly on the Atlantic side or on the panhandle. But we all agreed this was possibly the most beautiful Florida beach we have ever visited! It was truly stunning. If beach quality is one of your priorities, this is the house for you. Being right on the water meant we spent so much more time there, including our nightly sunset swims. The water is calm, clear, and warm. The sand is so soft and full of gorgeous shells. The community around the house is quiet—we never once felt crowded on the sand. Our family of 10 adults fit perfectly in the house and we all slept great on the comfy beds. We cooked nearly all our meals and the kitchen was very well equipped and spacious for multiple chefs to be working at once. Only snag: When we first got to the house, the fridges were not cold and we were concerned they wouldn’t work, but overnight they cooled down to normal temps so it all worked out and no food was wasted. I had good communication with the property manager throughout that first night so I knew we would have help if we needed it. My advice to future vacationers: -Beware of overnight storms (par for the course during Florida summers) when you leave your belongings outside to dry! -Bring along innertubes and floats as the water is perfect for floating. -Stop at the Costco in Clearwater for your big grocery haul if possible to save yourself a bigger bill at Publix. We went to Publix a few times for little things and it was super convenient, but I’m glad we got most of our supplies at Costco. -Go on a sunset cruise at Hubbards marina for a night out! -Check out Ted Peters for the legendary smoked fish dishes, especially the smoked mullet dip. -Visit Ybor city in Tampa and eat at the Columbia for a nice meal!

AMAZING!!!

By far the nicest place we have stayed. The beach house is amazing. It’s perfect for large groups. There were 8 adults and one teenager….so much room. The couches were very comfy as were the beds. House was extremely clean. Management group is truly amazing!! Always available to answer questions…best group I’ve ever worked with…thx! We will definitely be back. As for traffic sound, none of us thought it was an issue! Again, this was an amazing experience!
