A great spot

Three families with kids aged 2-8 stated here and had the best time! A great set up with the pool and beach. We all felt comfortable and safe and enjoyed our visit.

Wonderful treasure of a home

We enjoyed everything about the house, pool, short walk to the beach location to restaurants, grocery store. We would definitely stay again Only recommendation, needs bathroom on same level as pool

Birthday celebration

Great location on Treasure Island Beach, we loved the house, what a beautiful place to relaxe, there was room for all 14 of us. Enjoyed the beach and the pool, everyone loved the table shuffle board, very relaxing and the weather was great!

Beautiful Location

Great location and the house was clean and up to date on everything. Would highly recommend! A bit pricey, but when you see this place and the location the price begins to make sense. 10/10!

Family Trip

We enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home. Everything was clean and the pool and beach were wonderful. Only problem was a glitch with the LR TV. But there was plenty of others for our guys to watch The Game.

Beautiful Location

House was very accommodating and clean. 4 full baths and 4 bedrooms with one bedroom having 2 full/queen beds. 2 pullout couches. Plenty of linen, towels and about 10 beach towels. The views were amazing and nearness to the beach was fantastic. Pool was very nice and kept clean by a pool guy who stopped in twice a week. We enjoyed our stay! I would bring dish cloths and dish towels next time as there were none.

No baggies or tin foil, there were no beach towels either which forced us to use the white towels from he house at the beach.

Beds are comfy/ location is superb/ great washer & dryer/ pool. We had everything we needed. Beachtime is super responsive to questions and concerns. Shout out to Joanie who kindly and patiently helped us with a few glitches.

Once inside we continued to be pleased. The rooms looked and smelled clean. The property easily housed my family and provided hours of rest, relaxation, and FUN! Our experience was two thumbs up.

The kitchen is well stocked, pool is awesome, and it was within walking distance to restaurants and Publix. Very convenient location and awesome beach access! Check in and check out was flawless. A dozen or so beach towels are provided, as are some pool toys that previous guests left behind. Would highly recommend!

The house is spacious and well played out that everyone had their space. We loved the private pool and living area downstairs. We ate all of our dinners poolside - loved the grill right there as well. This house is in the perfect location to walk to restaurants, grocery store, and tourist shops. This is our second time staying at this house and would highly recommend it to anyone with a large group.The communication prior to arriving with Beach Time Rentals was amazing and crystal clear. They are very easy to work with and make going on vacation even easier with all the little things - welcome kit, games for the kids, pool toys. The little extras make this house even more amazing!

A couple of maintenance issues needed attention...the exterior doors needed their lock systems repaired and a couple of little issues with the upstairs water pressure/toilets. I understand the door locks were to be repaired in near future. However, the property was a great location. Our little grandkids had a wonderful time.

Great stay with family

The pictures are completely accurate, and the property lived up to our expectations in almost every way. Easy walk to the beach, with beautiful pool and lower level for the teens and twenty somethings to enjoy. Plenty of room, high end furnishings, all the amenities you need for a week away from home. Walked to Caddy's for dinner or drinks and grabbed a drink there while at the beach some days. We won't forget this vacation for a long while. The only very minor thing considering all the great was having to purchase some beach chairs as there weren't enough at the house for the size of our party (although there are a ton of pool recliners/chairs, just not ones you would carry to the beach) - we are a beach family so this mattered to us. Otherwise all great!

Everything was great! The only downside was there was no bathroom on the lower level where the pool and main hang out area is. Totally don't understand that!! But we still had a Awesome week!!

Reviewer Comments: We have rented this house every other year for 6 years and have always felt it was like paradise. There was a few suggestions. Some of the fire alarms were missing batteries. Definitely need more bath towels and toilet paper. Need to replace blinds in Masterbath and our Internet was down for 2 days at the end of trip. This is the first time we have experienced ANYTHING negative.
