Property described perfectly. Nightly sunsets were amazing and nice to have bay and ocean so close.

Nice place but not with out some issues- honest review.

An honest review. I was offered 100 credit towards a future stay if I left a 5 start review. We did have some issues so I am unable to do that. First off, the first thing we noticed was that all the soap bottles were refilled with water and not soap. The soap was floating on the top about a 1/4 of an inch and then but the whole rest of the bottles were water (kitchen and both bathrooms). Next, the dryer was not working properly. We found damp linens and towels in the dryer that took 4 cycles to dry and then we had to fold. We were unable to do laundry due to the dryer not working. It would have even been nice to throw out towels in to dry after the pool but that didn't work either. Lastly, the no smoking policy is not up kept at this building. Anytime we opened the balcony door or tried to sit out on the balcony and enjoy the view we instantly smelt weed. We could not have been the only ones to smell this and we smelt it each day that we were there. We have three kids we didn't want to expose them to it and my migraines are triggered by smoke/ smoking so not a good combination. The place is over all nice but made me wonder if there's water in the hand soap what other cleaning products had water in them and if things are being fully cleaned. The location was nice, it was close to the beach and restaurants that you could walk to. The host was responsive in messaging back but nothing was able to be done to fix any of the issues that we had while we were staying there.

Great, quiet place!

My best friend flew in town to help me recover from a surgery and this place was an absolute catch to stay in! The property manager was communicative and easy to deal with and the place was clean and had everything you could need. The views and location are spot on. Not mich you can improve here. Thanks again!

Palms of Treasure Island

Our stay at Palms of Treasure Island was awesome. The condo was exactly what we needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful and it was handy to have Publix right next door. Chris was easy to communicate with and replied quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely go back!

Beautiful location

Great location across from the beach with chairs and towels to use, bay on the back with dock, pool and hot tub and ample under building parking! Restaurants within walking distance and grocery store next door!

Perfect location

This place was perfect for what my family was looking for, a cozy spacious place to relax but close to the beach. It wasnt too far to carry all the beach supplies everyday and the apartment even has some beach supplies for use there. It’s also right night to a publix so anything we forgot or needed was super easy to grab. Overall we had a great stay!

Beach Views

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. It has beautiful views from the living room and dining room and is easy walking distance to the beach. The porch is perfect for watching the sunset. The condo had everything we needed for going to the beach including chairs, towels, and more. The bedrooms were very comfortable and clean. However, neither had natural light, as they were on the interior of the building. Also, the WiFi was not the strongest and could be better. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again.

Great condo

We love this condo it was our second time staying here. The condo is clean, great view of the beach, next door to a Publix grocery store, within walking distance of great restaurants, nice pool and owner is very quick to respond to messages. We will be back again!

Amazing!!

Perfect vacation condo

This was our first time to Treasure Island. The condo was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. This condo is across the street from the beach but you still have a VIEW of the beach and can see the sunset on the balcony between the 2 buildings across the street or just walk across the street to view the sunset. If you are staying on a Sunday make sure to go to the beach for the drum circle. There is a Publix grocery store right next door to the condo. The condo pool area was nice and the pool was heated. The pool is a nice place to go to in the morning to watch the sunrise. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions. I highly recommend this condo.
