The management company was amazing. So easy to work with and to connect with for information. The sunsets were amazing from the top balcony. Great location with easy access to so many places.

Fabulous views from the balcony. Great access to the beach, trolley and a few restaurants. Grounds are well maintained. Nice sized rooms, balcony and laundry. Our main issue were the filthy floors, our socks were black and covered with hair. We went and bought floor cleaning products, then proceeded to wet clean the floors 2 times. We were afraid to use the ceiling fan in the master bedroom as it wasn’t completely attached to the ceiling. Kitchen sink hot & cold water is the opposite of what it should be.

Unfortunately we had to switch rooms when we arrived because of a bug and cleanliness issues. Instead of offering a new place, we were offered an exterminator to come early the next day which we were not comfortable staying. They were able to accommodate and swap us to a new unit which was much cleaner, but still had excessive dead bugs but we were able to make it work after sweeping them up.

We were disappointed in the property - maintenance and cleanliness. There were dead love bugs all over inside. The back of the loveseat was broken, and both sets of vertical blinds were in disrepair with slats on rhe floor. The window locks in bedrooms were broken or inoperable. The sliding glass door tracks were disgustingly dirty. The bedding and linens were fine.

Perfect Vacation Getaway

Upon entrance to the condo we were all very surprised with how big it was. The views from the balcony were amazing and did not disappoint. All the rooms were very spacious and clean. There were some beach chairs, umbrella, ice chest, and some other misc. items that could be used in either the pool or at the beach. There were plenty of restaurants with in a short walk/drive from the condo. The main place for shopping and other activities would be John Pass at just over a mile away. If there is one thing I have to critique, it would be the lack of paper products. We stay an entire week and had 2 roll of toilet paper and paper towels to last a week. We had 6 adults staying in the condo. Overall the stay was fantastic and we would definitely stay there again. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

We have stayed in Las Brisas several times. This unit is beautiful. It’s nice to be on the top floor. Everything was clean. Look forward to coming again and enjoying the pool when it is ready

Perfect location

The condo was in the perfect location on the beach.There was plenty of room for my family. There were beach chairs and sand toys.The host were extremely responsive when I asked if they had a pack and play and beach umbrella to which they left in the condo for us.The only suggestions I have were to add larger cooking pans and replace the vertical blinds in the living room and primary bedroom.A lot of the slats were missing so it was difficult to close them entirely. A big plus…the washer and dryer in the the unit.

Perfection!

We had the best time at our stay at Las Brisas. Charles had everything you could ever need. We were extremely pleased with all of his accommodations and the ease of the checkin and checkout process. If we ever had any questions he immediately responded. We have already agreed as a family we want to come back next year. The only thing that happened which was out of the hostess control was the elevator. It broke down but they had people working on it immediately. We loved the location and the privacy we had. I would say this was our best family vacation thus far. Thank you for sharing your condo with our family.

Great space for a small family to vacation

The place was clean, location great, and view spectacular. We loved the direct access to the beach and how child friendly the location was. We had a few hiccups with the wifi, but the property manager went above and beyond to ensure it was back up and running. I would stay here again.

Great view

The view was great. The beach wasn’t grated like most daily. The condo was clean, but if anything it needed more lighting other than lamps, but honestly the management was so quick to respond to questions. Easy to get into our room, and was sooo thankful to have a covered parking spot! Safe area.

Wonderful location, comfortable and well-equipped

Great location on the beach, easy for 5 adults to choose the beach, pool or walk across the street to numerous get restaurants and bars. Grocery stores nearby are extra convenient. Our group was diverse in age so having choices of activities was perfect. The condo is very well-equipped and we needed nothing! Quiet and comfortable.

This was a great place. Communication was excellent and was a pleasure to talk with the staff. Beautiful view. Not much right near the condo to do. However, on a good note we didn't have to worry about lots of noise, except traffic. Thank you Charles and staff for a wonderful vacation condo. Hope to be back again.
