Great trip to Indian Rocks Beach

We loved staying at Kevins place! Great location and very quick walk to the beach. We loved the heated pool and having access to a grill. The house was perfect for our needs.

Great stay and location

We had a great stay. Location was great and house has everything we needed. The wagon and chairs was a great addition. Happy with our stay and great communication with the host.

Short family vacation

We absolutely loved the property. It was very clean and had everything we needed down to the beach necessities! The beach was very close which where we spent most of our time.

Location ideal !

We stayed three weeks for a winter get away. Daughter her husband and two year old child joined us for a week. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Pool was a big hit as it was heated well.

Great beach stay

This home was great for our stay. It was close to the beach and had everything you would want to take to the beach avaliable. There were games and spaces for family time and more than enough room for our teenage daughters to spread out.

Super clean, super cute!

This property was probably the cleanest we've ever stayed in. It was immaculate when we arrived! The location is just a short walk to the beach and a short drive to local shops and restaurants. This was a great place to stay and our family enjoyed our visit to the beach!

Perfect Beach Condo

The condo was very clean and decorated so cute! The location was perfect for getting to the beach just a short walk across the street. They also had chairs, toys, wagon, cooler, and umbrellas that were a great touch. It made going to the beach fantastic. It was also close to little shops and restaurants. I would definitely come back for another stay. The check in process was super easy.

Amazing place

This condo was everything we were looking for. Walking distance to the beach and the pool, lovely living space, plenty of bathrooms. The owners were very easy to reach when needed. I promise you wont regret your stay here.

Great property in a great location

Kevin was a great host and very responsive. The property was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. This was our first attempt at snowbirding and we could not have been happier with the place or the location. Indian Shores is a great beach town.

Loved this location and condo

Condo is nice! Everything is clean and in good repair. Just a short walk across the street to a wonderful stretch of beach. We really appreciated that the beach chairs were like new, and plenty of them!

Great beach spot

Great spot located just across the street from the beach. Lots of room for our family of 6 and super well equipped! Communication with Kevin was great and quick, and they had a full guest binder with everything you need to know that was really helpful. Thanks for a great stay Kevin and family!

Wonderful stay

Had a great spring break in Indian Shores! The condo was just as pictured, had everything we needed, clean space and well stocked with everything we needed! Great location, just a quick walk to the beach ! Close to trolley stops, a fun coffee shop and a short drive to lots of great restaurants! Our family would love to come back and stay here again !!

What a great trip!

This place was perfect for our family of 4. The location is great just a short walk to the beach across the street and a short walk to the complex’s pool which was also great as their was a pier to the bay right there for fishing too which my older son loved! The unit had everything you could possibly need and more, from the kitchen being stocked to the garage full of beach gear. We couldn’t be happier, thanks for a great stay Kevin!

Our stay was delightful. Kevin was wonderful with communicating and what is listed is accurate. Thank YOU for having chairs and a cart to put stuff in. It really helped. Very homey and plenty of space. Thanks again for sharing your place with us.
