We loved our stay at Tierra verde! The condo is well equipped, with a beautiful water view, and very close to Ft de Soto Park. Great place for biking, kayaking, and nice beaches! The hot tub was a plus to relax after a long day of fun. Highly recommended!

The second floor condo was in an idyllic location with a beautiful view of the Gulf from the condo & balcony. We rented bikes for 4 of our 7 days there and were able to store them in a secure location. Then we were able to ride out to Ft De Soto 2 of our days w the other days riding in the mornings around friendly neighborhoods and adjoining Skyway Trail. The condo was clean, the kitchen had all the necessities, there are beach chairs and you have access to a laundry room. We did not spend time in the pool area but from what we did see it was clean and centrally located. We have family in NE St Pete and found the drive to and from the condo reasonably quick and a good location to enjoy beach time along w family time. Any questions that we had were quickly answered by the overseeing rental company. No issues w check in or out. We will look forward to coming back and utilizing this condo for future trips to St Pete.

The Best Florida Has to Offer

We love Tierra Verde and have loved all of Isla Del Sol.We have stayed at many condos in the area and this was one of the best. Our view was terrific; the condo was bright, clean, and spacious. The available pickleball was my husband’s favorite while the great beaches at Ft. DeSoto made both of us happy. Finally, the choices for eating were many and quite diverse.

A great place to stay

We had a wonderful time at this condo for four nights. We would definitely stay here again if we visit the area. We have stayed at many different condo rentals and this one was ranked as one of the top rentals we have stayed. The only issue we had was one of the bathroom sinks did not drain very well. We notified the staff to fix it when we left since it was not a big deal. The owner did a great job providing all necessary items during our stay. The condo is larger than it appears in the photos and the balcony has an amazing view.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The balcony was our favorite part--so fun to see the seagulls, fishing boats, and even a dolphin right below our condo. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean and well-stocked, and the chairs for the beach were appreciated. Communication was the best I've experienced on VRBO--really appreciate being able to text.

This is a clean, nicely furnished and practical place to stay on Tierra Verde while not breaking the bank! We were pleased with the grounds cleanliness right after the storms. Condo was clean, AC worked great. No issues. Wonderful stay and will be back.

Nice condo with great view. My only issue was brightness of an exterior light outside the unit that shone into the second bedroom making it quite bright inside the room even at 3 am. Blinds or a darker curtain would be better.

That view!

Perfect rental for our needs. Immaculate. We loved sitting out every morning and enjoying that incredibly peaceful view with breakfast (thank you for that sun umbrella!). If I had to give one "criticism" it's that the kitchen was so well-stocked, that there was no room available in the cabinets for food, like cereal boxes, snacks, etc.

This is a great little condo in a non touristy area. Great location on the bay, we saw dolphin and manatee from the balcony. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Checkin was easy and we even decided to stay an extra night at the last minute which Carrie accomodated without issue.

Nice place except for the three flights of stairs

I was very surprised that the listing did not mention 3 flights of stairs and the laundry was also up a flight of stairs in another building. We both have hip and knee problems so staying at this property was difficult. I feel the stairs should be mentioned in listing. The Sandy Beach property management were great. And knee problems
