Sadly disappointed ☹️
I love this location! Have stayed in this building in different in the past. We rented unit 7 this time and had some issues. Number 1, German cockroaches! We stayed up all night, night one and two, killing cockroaches, spray, traps... Spent our own money to do so and could barely sleep knowing they were all around. What were we to do? We spent the money on the unit and no one ever showed up to respond to our issue, which we reported immediately in a text. Not a pleasant night was spent. Number 2, the place was not clean! We washed the floors and counters ourselves to ensure the cockroaches weren't encouraged to hang out. Every dish was washed but hand before using. Number 3, no dishwasher. Just a hole where there used to be a dishwasher and some shady trim half attached to the wall which is where the cockroaches were hanging out! Gross!!! Spoke to other people in the building and they had no cockroaches. We will not be staying in this unit again. Totally disappointed!!

Great place to stay
The property was very well maintained with a 5 min walk to the beach. My kids loved it. Its close to restaurants, shops, and pretty much everything we needed. Check in and check out were a breeze. Two things to note are that the property does not provide beach towels and all of the beach supplies are in the closet in the 2nd bedroom. We did not realize that until the last day after we bought an umbrella and beach blanket. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place.

Spring Break Getaway
This was perfect for our family of five. The proximity to the beach is tough to beat and this area is much less crowded than the more “party town” area of Madeira Beach or the super-busy Clearwater Beach. But both of those are still close enough to spend time at without feeling stuck there. We would definitely stay here again. The hosts are super-responsive.

St Pete Waves #7 Condo
Upon check-in, there was no air conditioning in the condo. Contacted rental agent. Did not get fixed until 2 pm on day 2. Recommend advanced condo check for working systems before renters check in.

Great place, great price.
Me and my 3 kids stayed here and we enjoyed this place! Everything you need in the kitchen, although we mostly ate dinner out since it was located in a convenient area to walk to a lot of restaurants. The beach supplies were perfect for spending a day at the beach! I have nothing bad to say about this property. Thank you!

Great price for the property. Wish the pool was cleaner and that people would not smoke pot on the property.

Code to unit
Loved location and everything you can walk too. Pool was great and heated. Unit was simple and nice. The code to get it was an issue and the #s are hard to see. Also floors could be cleaner. Our feet and socks were dirty. I would stay again.
