Wonderful place. Ultra clean and comfortable, well stocked kitchen with everything you need to make meals. Pet friendly with a fenced in backyard. Close to everything. I recommend this place to anyone wanting to be comfortable and close enough to all activities. Larry was great with communication, rapid response and very helpful in providing suggestions to events and things to do in the area. The only small inconvenience was that we had to let into the property a contractor to take some floor measurements needed to make repairs. No big deal, really, but still I feel that they should have waited until our departure in order to take care of the repairs. Larry contacted me on New Year’s Eve asking when can they go to take the measurements and next thing I know he texted me telling me that the repair person was going to show up at 9am the next day, morning of New Year’s Day. I did tell him that the time didn’t work for us, they could stop by after 11 and he did change the time.

This house was located in a nice neighborhood. It was only 15 minutes to the St. Petersburg/Clearwater Airport. We enjoyed the two living room areas as well as the screened in porch area and the backyard with a view of the neighborhood lake. The house was well furnished, and the host was very attentive to questions we asked via the vrbo messaging system.

Great time!

We are from this area. Born and raised. We were in for graduation! This place is great. Lots of space. Dog friendly was a plus for us. Typically we use the other rentals, but was disappointed when after booking there were requirements for your dog. I wish it was posted. My boxer and Great Dane had a blast. The lake is peaceful amd communication was amazing!!! We will def book this house again in the future!

Pinellas Park Family Reunion

This home was very clean and well taken care of. All necessities were available in the home. The view of the lake was so peaceful and beautiful! The property owner communicated quickly and in detail. We truly enjoyed our stay and recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a place to stay for vacation.

Great stay at Pinellas Park.

The property is excellent. It has everything that is needed. Love all the beach chairs in the garage, we were able to use a couple to watch our son's baseball games. The back porch was so nice to go out to watch TV after a long day of baseball. Larry always got back to me promptly with any questions I had. I highly recommend this beautiful home.

Clean and good location

Lovely property. I would have given it 4 1/2 or 5 stars since the property manager, Larry, was so good to respond when I called him.The one problem I had was the step up to the dining room and kitchen and step down to the three bedrooms. A few visitors were older and really had to watch their step. Otherwise, clean and great location for us.

Fun Family home

Greatly enjoyed the sunsets and amenities while visiting our kids in Pinelllas for Thanksgiving. Quick response from manager to questions we had. Would stay again!

Very nice view and great space

Overall, the house is well laid out, with a lot of space in the living areas and bedrooms. The screened porch on the back is enormous, and there are lots of games and a grill. The back yard is dominated by a stone patio, but there is plenty of grass and even a papaya. The view over the lake is lovely, and the far shore is distant enough that it still feels private. The owner/manager was very responsive and always positive. We had a great stay!

Exceeding our expectations

The place was beautiful, sleek, and very clean! It felt so modern and comfortable as soon as we walked in. And the view of the lake in the evening was so wonderful to see when the sun would start to set. The game room was really cool, my son had such a blast playing ping pong! The master bedroom was much bigger than I expected! Communication with the owner was very prompt, pleasant and informative. I will certainly look to book this place again the next time we come down to visit!
