Acerca de esta propiedad

Charming 2BR Bungalow Near Clearwater Beach — Monthly Rental, Huge Private Yard

  • Looking for a monthly Florida escape with real character? The Green House is a quirky, charming 2-bedroom bungalow on a huge private lot that feels like you're in the middle of a forest — but you're minutes from Clearwater Beach and everything else. Sleeps 3 · 2 bedrooms · 1 bath · Entire bungalow · 30-night minimum. The massive private yard offers total privacy and peace — ideal for morning coffee outdoors or evening stargazing. Inside, you'll find uneven floors, crooked walls, and charm for days. This is NOT a cookie-cutter rental. Centrally located near Dunedin, Clearwater Beach, great restaurants, the baseball stadium, St. Pete, and Tampa. Full kitchen, large parking area, and easy self check-in with lockbox. Quiet and peaceful — perfect for remote work. Please note: you walk through one bedroom to reach the other — it's a tiny, crooked old bungalow with tons of soul. Perfect for snowbirds or anyone wanting a memorable monthly retreat. I'm a 12-year Superhost (476 reviews). Message me with any questions!

Cute and Clean house

The house was very cute and very clean. It was in a great location and easy to get to downtown Clearwater as well as a quick drive to Dunedin. The owner was also very responsive to messages. Overall it was a great stay and I would look to stay here again when in the area.

Short trip

Adorable bungalow. The quarks make it so charming. The wonder had little extras out for us to use, the beds were comfy and it was centrally located to all the things we came into town for. Great communication from the owners who were on property as well, which I always appreciate.

Short Stay

The house served its purpose for our short stay. A few rules to follow (no shoes, squeegee the shower) and the owner is on site in an RV around back. A few windows could use a bit more coverage, but overall a nice stay that served its purpose for us and our short stay.

Weekend in Clearwater

Used this VRBO to attend Clearwater Invitational and Lightning Game. Location is great for doing things in Clearwater/Tampa. Old, small but cozy for one or two couples or a small family, reminds me of the house my grandparents owned. Only minor drawback is bathroom has door gaps. I will definitely try to get this place again if I need to stay in Clearwater again.

Cozy and charming - close to beaxh

Short 8 minute drive to Clearwater beach! Second bedroom is very small and not very private from the main bedroom but worked for us! Owner was easy to get ahold of us! Mini fridge only as an FYI.
